How to Install a Toilet in a Mobile Toilet
Admin October 13, 2026
The steps for installing a toilet in a mobile toilet are as follows:

I. Steps for Installing a Toilet in a Mobile Toilet
- Unpacking and Inspection: After receiving the mobile toilet, first open the package and carefully check the parts list to ensure that all components (such as the upper and lower buckets, silicone anti-slip pads, and buckles) are complete and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement.
- Installing Anti-slip Pads: Place the silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom of the mobile toilet respectively, ensuring that the pads fit tightly against the bucket. The function of the anti-slip pads is to increase stability and prevent the toilet from tipping over during use due to an uneven floor or external force.
- Assembling the Upper and Lower Buckets: Align the interfaces of the upper and lower buckets, and press down evenly with both hands until the buckles are fully engaged. When pressing, pay attention to applying force evenly to avoid damaging the buckles or deforming the buckets due to uneven local force. After assembly, gently shake the bucket to check if it is stable.
II. Additional Precautions for Installing a Regular Toilet If installing a regular toilet, the following operations should be added on the basis of the above steps:
- Checking the Sewage Pipe: Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the sewage pipe to remove debris such as mud and waste paper inside the pipe to prevent blockage. If there are foreign objects in the pipe, use a clearing tool to clean it or contact a professional for handling.
- Adjusting the Floor Level: Check whether the floor at the toilet installation location is level from front to back and left to right. If the floor is uneven, use cement or self-leveling material to level it to ensure the stability of the toilet after installation. At the same time, saw the drain outlet to an appropriate length. If possible, try to make the drain outlet 2mm - 5mm higher than the floor to prevent sewage backflow.
- Positioning and Fixing: Determine the center position of the sewage pipe and draw a cross center line; then determine the center position of the toilet's sewage outlet and also draw a cross line. Align the installation holes at the bottom of the toilet with the positions of the pre-embedded expansion bolts, drill holes with an electric drill, pre-embed the expansion bolts, and finally fix the toilet with nuts to ensure it does not shake.
III. Post-installation Inspection After completing the installation, conduct a water test to check whether the toilet leaks and whether the sewage discharge is smooth. If leakage is found, check whether the buckles or sealing gaskets are installed properly; if the sewage discharge is not smooth, check whether the pipe is blocked or whether the toilet angle is correct.
