How to Install a Squat Toilet in a Mobile Toilet

Admin October 10, 2026

There are several ways to install a squat toilet in a mobile toilet, including the installation of stainless steel waterless packing squat toilets, direct-discharge squat toilet installations, and partial ground elevation installations. Details are as follows:

Stainless Steel Waterless Packing Squat Toilet Installation

Stainless steel waterless packing squat toilets come in two installation types: floor-standing bracket models and in-ground models. If choosing the in-ground model, the first step is to ensure proper waterproofing, which is crucial as inadequate waterproofing can lead to leakage issues during subsequent use, affecting the normal operation of the toilet and the surrounding environment. Next, the ground should be leveled to provide a stable foundation for the subsequent installation of the squat toilet. Then, install the fixed steel frame, adding rubber pads at the contact points between the frame and the ground. The rubber pads serve as buffers and anti-slip measures, reducing friction and vibration between the frame and the ground while enhancing the stability of the fixation. Finally, place the squat toilet on the steel frame and adjust its levelness to ensure a stable installation that will not wobble during use.

Direct-Discharge Squat Toilet Installation

When installing a direct-discharge squat toilet in a mobile toilet, first evenly apply structural adhesive to the three-way connector. The structural adhesive serves to seal and fix the connection, preventing sewage leakage. Then, proceed with the installation, using a rivet gun and electric drill in combination to firmly secure the corner posts to the panels, ensuring the overall structural stability of the toilet. Next, install the sewage discharge pipe, ensuring that the pipe has a reasonable slope to allow for smooth sewage drainage. After installation, apply adhesive to all connection points to further enhance sealing and prevent odor emission and sewage leakage.

Partial Ground Elevation Installation

First, select an appropriate squat toilet and accurately mark the ground area it will occupy based on its dimensions. Then, construct brick support piers, ensuring they are sturdy and durable enough to bear the weight of the squat toilet and its users. Fill the brick support piers with sand, which acts as a buffer and stabilizer, making the installation of the squat toilet more secure.
