How to Install Mobile Toilets for Events

Admin October 02, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets for events should be carried out according to the specific type. The common steps are as follows. Note that there may be differences between different types. You can also contact customer service for installation instructions or install them according to the manual.

I. Basic Structure Installation

  1. Tool Preparation: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun to ensure a smooth installation process.
  2. Corner Installation: Fix the corner components in the predetermined positions one by one. This is the basic step for building the toilet frame. Ensure that the corners are firmly installed to provide stable support for subsequent assembly.
  3. Panel Assembly: Insert the panels into the slots. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges to ensure a flat structure. After alignment, drill holes at the connections, insert rivets, and fix them with a rivet gun to ensure tight panel connections and prevent looseness.

II. Toilet and Water System Installation (Applicable to Some Types)

  1. Toilet Flange Installation: If the mobile toilet is equipped with a toilet, install the toilet flange first. Align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe and then place the toilet correctly to ensure tightness and prevent water leakage.
  2. Water System Connection: Install the angle valve, connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and the sprinkler head, and screw on the toilet water inlet hose. When assembling the toilet sprinkler head, ensure that the sealing rubber rings at both ends are tightened to prevent water leakage. After assembly, connect the sprinkler head to the other end of the three-way joint, and firmly clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way joint to ensure that the sprinkler head is firmly fixed.

III. Finalization and Testing

  1. Water Testing: After the installation is completed, conduct a water test to check whether the toilet flushing and the sprinkler head water output are normal and whether there are water leaks at the water system connections. If any problems are found, make adjustments or reinstall them in a timely manner.
  2. Sealing with Glue: After the water test shows no problems, apply glue at the connections to further enhance the waterproof performance and extend the service life.

Precautions: The installation steps of different types of mobile toilets for events may vary. For example, simple toilets may not require the installation of a toilet and a water system, while high-end toilets may add more functional modules. If you are not familiar with the installation steps, it is recommended to contact customer service for detailed installation instructions or strictly follow the manual to avoid usage problems caused by improper installation.
