How to Install a Mobile Toilet Door
The installation process for a mobile toilet door is as follows:

1. Locate the vertical points and secure the frame
Use a spirit level to determine the vertical reference lines on both sides of the door opening, ensuring the frame meets verticality requirements after installation. Apply structural adhesive evenly at the marked positions, press the frame against the wall, and temporarily secure it. Choose a structural adhesive with strong weather resistance and high bonding strength to adapt to the humid environment of the bathroom. After the adhesive has initially cured (usually 2-4 hours), check the fit between the frame and the wall to ensure there are no gaps or misalignments.
2. Install the track system
Select either a ceiling track or a floor track based on the design (some models require both a ceiling track and a floor track).
- Ceiling track installation: Pre-embed expansion bolts in the ceiling or above the door opening, secure the track brackets, and ensure the track is level and aligned with the frame.
- Floor track installation: Clear debris from the floor, adjust the floor level using cement self-leveling or specialized leveling materials, with an error tolerance of ±2mm. Embed the floor track into the floor groove or secure it directly, and verify the track's levelness with a spirit level.
After installation, adjust the roller components: hang the door panel onto the track, manually push to test the sliding resistance, and eliminate any sticking or unusual noises by adjusting the roller height or tightening/loosening screws to ensure smooth opening and closing of the door panel.
3. Assemble the door panel and accessories
Align the door panel with the frame and secure it using hinges or roller components. Install the damping device: mount a hydraulic buffer at the top or side of the door frame, adjust the buffering force to ensure the door panel automatically slows down when closing, preventing impact. When installing the door lock, ensure the lock tongue aligns precisely with the lock hole, and repeatedly test the lock's flexibility by opening and closing. Finally, apply silicone sealant at the joints between the door panel and the frame, as well as the track, choosing a mold-resistant silicone sealant to fill gaps and prevent moisture infiltration, which could lead to mold or deformation.
Precautions:
- Before installation, check the match between the door opening size and the door panel, and make any necessary adjustments if the error exceeds 5mm.
- After installing the track, protect it with a dust cover to prevent construction dust from entering the rollers and affecting performance.
- Allow the structural adhesive and silicone sealant to fully cure (usually 24-48 hours) before use to ensure bonding strength.
