How to Fix a Mobile Color-Steel Toilet

Admin October 10, 2026

The fixation of a mobile color-steel toilet requires a comprehensive approach covering ground treatment, structural assembly, electrical system, and overall relocation. The specific methods are as follows:

Ground Treatment and Base Fixation

The ground foundation is crucial for ensuring the stability of the toilet. For regular ground, the levelness error should be less than 5 millimeters, the surface compaction should be sufficient to bear the pressure of the supports, and a simple drainage slope should be set up to prevent water accumulation. If used in grasslands or sandy areas, it is recommended to lay a 10-15 cm thick gravel layer to disperse the load and avoid local settlement. For special geological conditions, targeted measures should be taken: In frozen soil areas such as Qinghai, excavate a foundation pit deeper than the local frozen soil line (usually 1.5-2 meters), pour a concrete base, and embed steel plates or anchor bolts as fixed points; if the site is sandy soil, expand the base area to 1.5-2 times the original design and, if necessary, add ground anchor devices (such as screw piles) to enhance the pull-out resistance.

Structural Assembly Fixation

Structural stability relies on standardized assembly procedures and connection techniques. Assembly should follow the principle of 'from bottom to top': first, unfold the base supports and level them, calibrating the error to ≤2 millimeters with a level gauge; then, insert the wall panels into the support slots, ensuring the buckles are fully engaged; finally, install the roof frame to form a closed structure. All connection points should be fixed with galvanized bolts, and the tightening force should be uniform (recommended torque value of 15-20 N·m) to avoid structural deformation caused by excessive local tightness. When assembling the box, dedicated aluminum profiles or steel structural inserts are often used for the connection between wall panels and roof panels, and the joints should be filled with neutral silicone sealant to achieve waterproofing and compensate for minor structural deformations through the elasticity of the sealant.

Electrical System Fixation

Electrical safety should be ensured through pipeline fixation and waterproofing. All wires must be threaded through flame-retardant PVC corrugated pipes, with a 20% margin in pipe diameter for heat dissipation; when laying the pipes along wall panels or supports, use pipe clamps to fix them every 50 centimeters. Use IP65-rated waterproof junction boxes at the joints, fill the boxes with insulating putty and seal them to prevent rainwater from seeping in and causing short circuits. If the toilet is equipped with lighting or ventilation equipment, reserve dedicated installation positions on the roof and fix the equipment with shock-absorbing brackets to reduce the impact of operational vibrations on the structure.

Overall Relocation Fixation

During relocation, professional equipment and operations should be used to avoid structural damage. For lifting, use dedicated lifting straps and apply uniform force from the four preset lifting eyes on the roof; direct bundling of the walls is prohibited to avoid deformation; during transportation, use fastening straps to secure each module to the transportation platform, and pad 5 cm thick rubber or foam boards between adjacent panels to cushion collisions. If the relocation distance is long, it is recommended to check the fixation status every 2 hours to prevent module displacement due to bumps.
