How to Draw a CAD Mobile Toilet
Admin September 27, 2026
When drawing a mobile toilet in CAD, you can follow the steps below, taking the floor plan of a toilet with a urinal as an example:

Draw the Basic Structure
- Draw the Basic Rectangle: Open the CAD software, enter 'REC' in the command line to invoke the rectangle command, set the dimensions according to your needs, and draw a rectangle with dimensions of 240*425. This rectangle serves as the basic framework for the outer contour of the mobile toilet.
- Offset and Fillet Processing: Click the offset tool in the toolbar, enter an offset distance of 20, and select the rectangle just drawn to offset it inward. Then, invoke the fillet command, set the fillet radii to 100 and 120 respectively, and perform fillet processing on the offset rectangle to make the corners of the toilet more rounded and meet actual design requirements.
Draw Elements Related to the Urinal
- Draw and Move the Circle: Enter 'C' in the command line to use the circle command, specify the center position within the filleted rectangle, and draw a circle with a radius of 16. This circle can represent a key part of the urinal, such as a drain hole. Then, use the move command tool to move the circle to an appropriate position, which can be determined by entering coordinates or directly dragging the mouse.
- Draw Rectangles on Both Sides of the Urinal: Use the rectangle command again to draw a rectangle with dimensions of 75*240 at an appropriate position, serving as the structures on both sides of the urinal to support and define its range.
- Refine the Graphics: Use the line and offset commands to refine the graphics within the rectangles. For example, you can use the line command to draw some auxiliary lines within the rectangles to more precisely represent the internal structure of the urinal; use the offset command to offset existing lines to increase the layering and details of the graphics.
- Mirror to Obtain the Shape on the Other Side: Use the mirror command, first select the graphic object of the urinal side that has been drawn, and then specify the mirror line to obtain the rectangular shape on the other side, thus completing the drawing of the urinal.
Draw the Urinal (Optional)
- Open CAD, find the 'Rectangle' in the toolbar and use this tool to draw a rectangle with a width of 406 and a length of 915, then fillet the two corners of the rectangle with a radius of 100; then use the 'Arc' function in the toolbar to draw an arc with a radius of 76.
- Use the 'Offset' function to first offset the drawn arc outward by 230, and then move it outward by 45 on the basis of the new arc.
- Use the 'Arc' function in the toolbar to add a small arc to the outermost arc as needed.
- Use the 'Trim' function to trim off the intersecting parts of the two different arcs, and the drawing of the urinal is complete.
