How to Create a Premium Office Space Inside a Factory?

Admin September 12, 2026

Factory offices often lack private space. At a client's request, we converted an independent office area inside a plant into a premium workplace—so even long hours feel elevated.

First we sourced eco-friendly materials and second-hand containers from the design drawings, then transformed rusted, worn boxes into a distinctive industrial-style work space. Our company focuses on redesigning used containers into products with raw industrial aesthetics: removing dents, regrinding, spraying paint, and polishing—turning waste into value and making containers fit for professional work environments. The containers form part of the office and link the operations rooms with the workshop machinery.

In a 4,000-square-meter hall, the designer placed 13 second-hand containers to create an office for a printing company. Our idea is to craft an exclusive, customized experience for every user, connecting offices between workshop zones so managers can see their teams and operators can run the large machines. Three containers cantilever out from the walls to capture as much natural light as possible.
