How to Connect Water Valve for Mobile Toilet
Admin September 28, 2026
The method of connecting the water valve for a mobile toilet varies depending on the type of toilet. Here are the specific steps:

Water Circulation Mobile Toilet Inlet Valve Connection
Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Location Selection: Choose a flat area with firm and stable soil and access to electricity to ensure the stability of equipment operation.
- Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Conduct foundation construction according to the size and weight of the mobile toilet to ensure a level ground and prevent equipment tilting or uneven pipe stress.
- Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Check the equipment list to ensure all components are complete and intact, focusing on core components such as the water circulation treatment unit, water storage tank, and pipes to ensure no damage or missing parts.
Inlet Pipe Connection
- Connection of Water Supply Pipe and Equipment: Reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet's inlet valve and water storage tank, ensuring a reasonable pipe layout without excessive bends.
- Installation of Filter: Install a filter at the inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system, avoiding pipe blockage or pump damage.
- Seal Check: After connection, check the seal of all interfaces. Observe for leaks through a water injection test and retighten interfaces if necessary.
Replacement of Flush Valve in Ordinary Toilets
- Removal of Old Valve: Use a pipe wrench to loosen the nuts on the top and bottom of the flush valve a few turns, then unscrew the valve screws by hand and remove the damaged flush valve.
- Wrapping with Teflon Tape: Wrap the external thread of the upper end of the flush valve with Teflon tape in a clockwise direction (counterclockwise wrapping will cause water leakage), ensuring complete coverage without wrinkles.
- Installation of New Valve:
- Insert the upper end of the flush valve wrapped with Teflon tape into the inlet hole and tighten it with locking pliers. The pipe wrench cannot be used in this step.
- Place a flat rubber gasket on the inlet hole and tighten it with a pipe wrench by hand. Note to place the flat rubber gasket first and then lock the nut to avoid water leakage.
- Testing and Adjustment: After installation, check for water leakage at the top and bottom nuts. If there is leakage, gently tighten the screws and adjust them slowly until there is no leakage.
Installation of Hand-pressed Stool Flush Valve
- Removal of Inlet Components: Unscrew the inlet collar and remove the inlet connector.
- Wrapping with Teflon Tape: Wrap 15-20 turns of Teflon tape around the threaded end of the inlet connector to ensure a seal.
- Assembly of Inlet Connector: Slide the collar onto the outlet connector wrapped with Teflon tape, then screw the inlet connector into the inlet hole and secure it with needle-nose pliers against the metal clip.
- Fixing the Flush Valve: Place a flat washer, slide on the flush valve, and tighten the collar with a wrench.
- Installation of Outlet Components:
- Unscrew the outlet collar, remove the pointed washer, and slide the collar and pointed washer onto the outlet pipe in sequence.
- Align the outlet pipe with the outlet of the flush valve, slide on the collar, and tighten it to ensure a secure connection.
