How to Connect Container Houses
The connection methods for container houses mainly include bottom frame installation connection, box body assembly connection, and multi-story connection support structure connection.

Bottom Frame Installation Connection
Install the bottom frame on a flat ground or workbench. First, connect the bottom corners of the box to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them yet. After alignment, ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, and then tighten the bolts. Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and secure them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. The top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws. This connection method ensures the stability and accuracy of the bottom frame, laying a foundation for subsequent installation work.
Box Body Assembly Connection
Container houses can be stacked vertically or horizontally, and box bodies of different sizes can be produced and assembled according to customer requirements. During assembly, level the foundations around and the partition walls, reinforce them with reinforced concrete, then erect columns, connect the framework with transverse beams, and install partition boards, exterior wall panels, and door and window frames. Next, lay the floor, install the next layer above, then install the roof trusses and roof panels, install doors and windows, etc., and pull vertical supports. Through this method, various styles of container houses can be formed to meet different usage needs.
Multi-Story Connection Support Structure Connection
For multi-story container houses, specialized support steel columns can be used for connection. For example, Guangdong Zhonglian Tiansheng has obtained a patent for a "Support Steel Column for Multi-Story Container Connection." Its support framework has four corresponding mounting plates fixedly installed around it, with the top layer container installed on top. It is equipped with expansion components, including folding plates, rotating plates, and expansion plates, for expanding usable space; and lifting components, including fixed columns, extension columns, and lifting slots, for ensuring the balance of the support framework. The height can be adjusted according to terrain changes to ensure building stability and reduce structural stress caused by uneven terrain.
