How to Clean Up a Fallen Mobile Toilet
When a mobile toilet falls over, it should be cleaned up according to a standardized process. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Preparation before work
Operators need to wear full protective gear, including waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. The core tools include a high-power vacuum sewage suction truck (equipped with corrosion-resistant hoses and quick connectors), a high-pressure cleaning machine (pressure 120-180 bar), a long-handled hard brush, non-ionic surfactant cleaner, chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based special disinfectants (effective chlorine concentration 500-1000 mg/L), and independently sealed waste collection bags.
2. Empty the sewage
First, check the toilet's liquid level indicator and the connection status of the sewage discharge valve to ensure there are no leaks on the ground. Connect the suction hose tightly to the sewage outlet, start the vacuum pump, and slowly extract the liquid and solid residues from the storage tank, avoiding excessive suction force that could cause pipe blockages or splashing. After suction is complete, inject a small amount of clean water into the storage tank and suction again to flush away residues on the tank walls.
3. Rinse and clean
Use a high-pressure cleaning machine to spray the inner walls, toilet fixtures, floors, and dead corners of the toilet with a fan-shaped water jet, focusing on removing feces, tissue residues, and calcified dirt. Stubborn stains require repeated scrubbing with a long-handled brush dipped in cleaner to ensure that all visible surfaces are free of organic residues.
4. Deep disinfection
After physical cleaning, apply the disinfectant by spraying or wiping to cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles, flush buttons, handrails, and the inside and outside of the toilet fixtures), maintaining contact for 10-15 minutes to kill germs. Then, thoroughly rinse the surfaces with clean water to avoid skin irritation from chemical residues. At the same time, disinfect the suction hoses, connectors, and tools with the same intensity to prevent cross-contamination.
5. Air treatment
Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize odors such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, avoiding the use of fragrances to mask them.
6. Equipment maintenance and waste disposal
Check components such as the toilet seal ring, exhaust fan, door lock hinges, and solar power supply system, record any damage, and report it. After cleaning, leave a small amount of clean water in the storage tank and add biodegradable agents to decompose residual organic matter and inhibit odors. The extracted sewage and cleaning wastewater should be transported to designated sewage treatment facilities or septic tanks for proper discharge. It is strictly prohibited to dump them into storm drains or non-designed pipe networks. After the operation is completed, fill out a record form including the cleaning time, amount of disinfectant used, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction.
