Housing Prefabricated Atlas

Admin September 18, 2026

There are two common types of housing prefabricated atlases, with specific information as follows:

I. A Series of Four Atlases of Standard Components for Prefabricated Concrete in Prefabricated Residential Buildings, including 'Standard Base Plates for Prestressed Concrete Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs'
This series of atlases was approved by the Sichuan Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department in July this year as a general standard design for engineering construction in Sichuan Province. It includes four atlases: 'Standard Base Plates for Prestressed Concrete Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs', 'Standard Base Plates for Composite Slabs in Prefabricated Residential Buildings (I)', 'Standard Base Plates for Composite Slabs in Prefabricated Residential Buildings (II)', and 'Standard Stair Treads for Prefabricated Concrete in Prefabricated Residential Buildings'. The purpose of their compilation is to enhance the economic efficiency of prefabricated buildings by adopting an industrialized component route of 'fewer specifications, more combinations' to address the issue of low standardization of prefabricated components. Taking 'Standard Base Plates for Prestressed Concrete Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs' as an example, the content is divided into four parts: the General Description clarifies the design basis, material requirements, and construction precautions; the Base Plate Selection Table provides applicable scenarios for different specifications of base plates; the Base Plate Template and Reinforcement Diagrams display the geometric dimensions of the components and the arrangement of steel bars; and the Composite Slab Construction Details explain the connection method between the composite layer and the prefabricated layer. This series of atlases is applicable to prefabricated residential projects in Sichuan Province, providing standardized references for design, production, and construction.

II. 'Atlas of Prefabricated Villas'
This atlas is edited by Broad Homes Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and was published by China Architecture & Building Press on October 1, 2018. It belongs to the 'Series of Books on Construction Technology for Prefabricated Buildings'. Based on the completed prefabricated villa projects of Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group, it systematically organizes technical information throughout the entire process of prefabricated building construction, covering architectural drawings (plan, elevation, and section designs), process drawings (detailed drawings of component production and installation nodes), and real-life photos (displaying construction effects and finished appearances). The book has a total of 285 pages, uses a 26cm format, has a classification number of TU241.1-64, and is priced at 60 yuan. It can serve as a design and construction reference for prefabricated building technicians. In addition, this atlas is available for purchase on some platforms at a price of 48 yuan, offering quality assurance and free return shipping services for the convenience of readers.
