House Prefabricated Wall Panel Installation Tutorial
Here is the tutorial for installing house prefabricated wall panels:

Construction Preparation: Before construction, use BIM technology to deepen the design of the drawings to ensure that all design details are accurate. At the same time, communicate with the PC component manufacturer in advance to arrange component production according to the construction schedule, avoiding any impact on the construction progress due to component supply issues. Additionally, plan the transportation route for the components in advance to ensure a safe and efficient transportation process.
Measurement and Marking: Mark the positioning lines for the exterior wall panels, which is a crucial step to ensure accurate installation positions. Also, mark relevant positioning auxiliary lines (the original text has some unclear expressions, assumed to be related positioning auxiliary lines), 0m control lines, and elevation control lines to provide precise references for subsequent construction.
Rebar Treatment: Correct any deflected rebars to ensure accurate rebar positions. Use a dedicated rebar positioning plate to verify the positioning and perpendicularity of the reserved rebars, ensuring a firm and reliable connection between the rebars and the prefabricated wall panels.
Elevation Adjustment: Place adjusting shims at the installation positions and use a level to verify the elevations, ensuring that the horizontal level of the wall panels after installation meets the requirements. After leveling the shims, perform mortar bedding and compartmentalization to provide a foundation for the stable installation of the wall panels.
Wall Panel Hoisting: Use a tower crane to hoist the prefabricated exterior walls. When the component is hoisted to 1 meter above the ground, pause for 15 seconds to check if the lifting points are normal and if there are any hook detachment issues. After confirmation, continue normal hoisting to 1 meter above the working surface and then start decelerating and descending. When at a height of 1 meter from the floor, use manual assistance for a slow descent. Use a mirror to observe whether the reserved rebars or connecting rebars are aligned with the holes. After correct alignment, slowly lower the panel into place.
Support Installation: Install diagonal supports and 7-shaped brackets to enhance the stability of the wall panels. At the same time, install temporary positioning and adjusting components for the lower layer and install elevation adjusting and control bolts for bay windows to ensure accurate positions and elevations of the wall panels during installation.
Calibration and Adjustment: Calibrate the positioning and perpendicularity of the walls to ensure accurate and vertical installation positions of the wall panels. Correct any deviations between the components and the installation position lines. Use a straightedge to check the alignment of the prefabricated walls, ensuring that the flatness and perpendicularity of the walls meet the specification requirements.
Hook Removal: After completing the above operations, confirm that the wall panels are firmly installed and in the correct positions before removing the hooks. Then continue to install other wall panels in sequence.
