Images of House Prefabricated Panels

Admin September 18, 2026

House prefabricated panels are building components that are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the construction site for installation. Currently, we cannot directly provide images of them, but we can offer detailed information about them.

Appearance Characteristics

House prefabricated panels are usually long, flat, and slab-like structures. There are various common size specifications. The length is generally around 3 - 6 meters, the width is mostly 0.5 - 1.2 meters, and the thickness, depending on different usage requirements and load-bearing needs, is usually between 8 - 16 centimeters. Their surfaces are relatively flat, and some panels have rough textures or concave-convex grooves on the surface to enhance the bonding force with concrete. From the side, there are generally reinforcing structures such as steel bars inside the panels. These steel bars are arranged at certain intervals and in a specific pattern to improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the panels.

Type Classification

  • Solid Prefabricated Panels: These are solid throughout. The manufacturing process of such panels is relatively simple, and the cost is low. They are often used in building parts where the load-bearing requirements are not extremely high, such as partition walls in some low-rise residential buildings and non-load-bearing partitions.
  • Hollow Prefabricated Panels: These have several holes inside the panel, which can be circular, square, or other shapes. While ensuring a certain load-bearing capacity, hollow prefabricated panels reduce their own weight, facilitating transportation and installation, and also save materials. They are commonly used in floor slabs and other parts.

Application Scenarios

In house construction, prefabricated panels have a wide range of applications. In multi-story residential buildings, they are often used as floor slabs to separate different floors and bear the loads from the upper floors. In some industrial buildings, prefabricated panels can be used to build the roofs or walls of factories, quickly forming the usable space of the building. In addition, in temporary or simple buildings, prefabricated panels are widely used due to their convenient installation and low cost.
