Admin September 18, 2026

The house prefabricated contract agreement typically includes information about the contracting parties, a detailed description of the subject matter or services, contract price and payment terms, performance period, performance location, inspection and acceptance, and other clauses.

  1. Contracting Parties Information: Clearly specify the names or designations of Party A (the entrusting party) and Party B (the contractor), along with their legal representatives, addresses, contact details, unified social credit codes or ID numbers, ensuring clear and verifiable identities for both parties.

  2. Detailed Description of Subject Matter or Services:

    • Overview of House Prefabrication Project: This includes the project name, location, house specifications and design requirements, such as the number of floors, area, structural form, wall and roofing materials, etc. Design drawings and technical requirements are attached as annexes.
    • Requirements for Prefabricated Components: This covers the types of components (e.g., beams, columns, slabs, walls), quality standards (compliance with national and local standards and design requirements, with Party B required to provide quality inspection reports and certificates of conformity), and production processes (adopting advanced and reasonable processes to ensure quality and performance).
    • Scope of Work: Party B is required to complete the production, transportation, and on-site installation of prefabricated components in accordance with Party A's design drawings and technical requirements, including mold making, steel bar processing, concrete pouring, curing, transportation, lifting and installation, and joint treatment.
  3. Contract Price and Payment Terms:

    • Contract Price: Clearly state that the total price is a lump sum, covering production costs, transportation costs, installation costs, taxes, profits, etc. Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, Party A will not pay any additional fees.
    • Payment Terms: This includes advance payments (a certain percentage paid within a specified number of working days after contract signing) and progress payments (paid in corresponding proportions upon completion of certain milestones by Party B according to project progress).
  4. Performance Period: Clearly define the total project duration and the durations of each phase, such as the production cycle of prefabricated components, on-site lifting and installation, and preparation for completion acceptance. Extensions are allowed for legal holidays, and special circumstances must be reported to Party A in advance.

  5. Performance Location: This includes the project site and the location for material arrival (Party B is responsible for transporting materials to the designated storage area on the construction site), with the risk transfer time starting from the completion of the arrival of prefabricated components.

  6. Inspection and Acceptance:

    • Acceptance Standards: Follow relevant legal provisions.
    • Acceptance Procedures: Conduct phased inspections, such as during the lifting of prefabricated components, completion of the main structure, and completion acceptance, which must be jointly confirmed by representatives of both parties.
    • Quality Objections: The receiving party should raise written objections within a specified time after inspection; otherwise, it shall be deemed qualified.
  7. Other Clauses: This may include provisions for handling project delays due to force majeure, transfer of ownership, and other related matters.
