Production Flow Chart of House Prefabricated Components
The production process of house prefabricated components mainly includes steel bar processing, mold assembly, steel bar installation, embedded part installation, concrete pouring, surface finishing and curing, component demolding, finished product inspection, component storage, and shipping, among other steps. Here is a detailed explanation of each step:

Steel Bar Processing: According to design requirements, steel bars are straightened, cut, bent, and other processing operations are carried out to ensure that the dimensions and shapes of the steel bars meet design standards. During processing, the processing accuracy of the steel bars must be strictly controlled to avoid dimensional deviations that affect the quality of the components.
Mold Assembly: According to the shape and size requirements of the components, the various parts of the mold are assembled. Mold assembly must ensure its tightness and stability to prevent leakage of slurry or mold deformation during the concrete pouring process.
Steel Bar Installation: The processed steel bars are installed into the mold according to design requirements to ensure that the position, spacing, and protective layer thickness of the steel bars comply with specifications. The steel bars must be firmly fixed to avoid displacement during subsequent processes.
Embedded Part Installation: According to the functional requirements of the components, various embedded parts such as embedded bolts and embedded sleeves are installed. The position and perpendicularity of the embedded parts must be accurate to ensure that the components can be accurately connected to other structures during installation.
Concrete Pouring: The stirred concrete is uniformly poured into the mold through a concrete spreader to ensure that the concrete fills the entire mold space. During pouring, attention should be paid to controlling the pouring speed and height of the concrete to avoid segregation.
Surface Finishing and Curing: After the concrete pouring is completed, surface finishing is carried out to make the surface of the component flat and smooth. Then, the component is cured, usually by steam curing or natural curing, to ensure the strength and durability of the concrete.
Component Demolding: When the concrete reaches a certain strength, the component demolding operation is carried out. Demolding must be done carefully to avoid damaging the surface and edges of the component.
Finished Product Inspection: The demolded components are inspected for appearance quality and dimensional deviations to check for defects such as cracks, honeycombs, and pockmarks, as well as whether the dimensions meet design requirements.
Component Storage and Shipping: The inspected and qualified components are classified and stored according to specifications and models and properly labeled. Before shipping, the components are inspected again to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation.
Some systems, such as the SPCS system for the production of prefabricated cavity wall components, have also introduced BIM model-driven production control technology, robotic automatic mold disassembly (assembly) technology, automatic flipping technology, high-precision mold assembly technology, intelligent curing technology, etc., further improving production efficiency and component quality.
