The assembly process of house prefabricated components varies depending on the structural type. Typical processes are divided into two categories: steel frame + ALC panel system and prefabricated shear wall system, with the core logic being “prefabricated component production → transportation → on-site hoisting → joint connection”.

I. Steel Frame + ALC Panel Prefabricated Process (Taking the Shanghai Chongming Villa Project as an Example)

1. Foundation Construction
   Complete the foundation engineering to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements, providing stable support for the installation of the steel frame.

2. Steel Frame Installation
   Construction is carried out in the order of “steel columns → steel beams → steel braces”:

• Steel Column Installation: Determine the position through the positioning axis and adopt temporary fixing measures to prevent displacement;
• Steel Beam Installation: Connect with steel columns through high-strength bolts or welding to form a stable frame structure;
• Steel Brace Addition: Add diagonal braces or horizontal braces at key positions to enhance the overall lateral stiffness of the structure.

3. ALC Panel Installation
   ALC panels (autoclaved aerated concrete panels) are characterized by their lightweight and high strength. The installation process is as follows:

• Panel Arrival: During transportation, they need to be fixed to prevent damage and stacked in the order of installation;
• Floor Panel/Wall Panel/Floor Slab Installation: Fix with the steel frame through special connectors. Wall panels need to reserve openings for doors and windows;
• Joint Treatment: Use special mortar for filling to ensure airtightness and waterproofing.

4. Roof System Construction
   Adopt a combination of “asphalt shingles + OSB panels + steel purlins”:

• Steel purlins are fixed to the steel beams to form the roof frame;
• OSB panels (oriented strand boards) are laid on the purlins as the waterproof base layer;
• Asphalt shingles are covered on the surface of the OSB panels to complete the roof waterproofing and decoration.

5. Exterior Facade and Interior Decoration

• Exterior Facade: Install insulation panels, decorative lines, and coatings;
• Interior Decoration: Complete the refined construction of spaces such as wooden staircases and bathrooms.

II. Prefabricated Shear Wall Structure Process (Taking the Shenzhen Prison Affordable Housing Project as an Example)

1. Cast-in-Place Structure Construction
   The basement, podium, and the first two floors above ground adopt cast-in-place concrete structures to provide a foundation for the installation of prefabricated components.

2. Prefabricated Component Installation

• Exterior Wall Installation:
  Surveying and setting out → reserved reinforcement review → steel shim elevation calibration → wall panel hoisting (manual assistance for hole alignment) → installation of diagonal braces → verticality correction → joint filling (dry hard cement mortar) → grouting (grouting pipe operation);
• Other Components: Prefabricated composite slabs, balcony slabs, stairs, etc., are hoisted in the designed order and connected to the cast-in-place part through reserved reinforcement.

3. External Scaffolding System
   Starting from the third floor, an integrated self-lifting climbing scaffold is used, which is lifted synchronously with the increase in floor height, improving construction efficiency and safety.

General Process Points

• Design Stage: Conduct clash detection and process simulation through BIM modeling to optimize component dimensions and installation sequence;
• Production and Transportation: Prefabricated components are produced in factories. During transportation, finished product protection is required (such as covering with waterproof cloth and fixing to prevent collisions) and they are sorted in the order of installation;
• On-Site Management: Use mobile terminals to connect with the BIM platform to monitor the installation progress and quality in real-time, achieving visual management and control.
