Customization Process of Prefabricated Houses for Homestays

Admin September 18, 2026

The customization process of prefabricated houses for homestays covers five stages: demand communication, plan design, component production, transportation and delivery, and on-site assembly guidance. Taking mobile homestays as an example, the details are as follows:

I. Comprehensive Pre-Demand Investigation

  1. Scene Attribute Survey: Conduct on-site surveys of the customer's intended plot to confirm its nature (e.g., whether it involves ecological red lines), ground flatness, layout of surrounding water, electricity, and pipeline networks, and traffic conditions. Meanwhile, analyze local climate characteristics (e.g., wind force and snowfall). If the plot falls within an ecological control area, plan non-hardened installation solutions in advance.
  2. Business Positioning Survey: Clarify with the customer the target customer groups for the homestay (e.g., families with children, couples, health and wellness groups), price range per customer, maximum reception capacity per batch, and overall style positioning. For example, homestays targeting families with children should focus on space expansion and safety design, those for couples should enhance privacy and a romantic atmosphere, and those for health and wellness groups should pay attention to sound insulation, lighting, and age-friendly facilities.
  3. Personalized Demand Survey: Compile statistics on special functional requirements proposed by the customer, such as independent hot springs, outdoor terraces, smart audio-visual systems, pet-exclusive spaces, or agricultural experience supporting areas. These requirements will directly influence subsequent design directions.

II. Core Customized Product Design Stage

  1. Structural Module Customization: The main body adopts a galvanized aluminum-zinc steel modular framework with a lifespan exceeding 30 years, an earthquake resistance rating of 8, and the ability to withstand typhoons of up to level 12 and snow pressure of 0.5KN/㎡. Flexible size options are available: single-person small units (36 meters, with a usable area of 18㎡), double-person basic units (48 meters, 32㎡), and family units (412 meters, 48㎡). Up to three modules can be combined to form a 200㎡ terraced unit, with all pipelines pre-embedded in the structural layer.
  2. Appearance Style Customization: More than ten basic styles are provided (e.g., ins-style pure white curved roofs, mountain-style raw wood finishes, starry-sky-style panoramic glass roofs). Customized appearances can also be designed according to the customer's brand IP. The exterior finish adopts fluorocarbon paint technology, which is highly weather-resistant and does not fade or peel for 15 years.

III. Component Production and Logistics
Components are produced in factories using high-precision molds and automated equipment to ensure accurate dimensions and reliable connections. They are then transported to the site via logistics.

IV. On-Site Assembly Guidance
A professional team quickly assembles the components according to the drawings, usually completing the main structure construction within a few weeks, achieving efficient delivery.
