Home Mobile Toilet Design
The following ideas and cases can be referred to for home mobile toilet design, optimizing functionality and practicality:

1. Water Storage Tank Modification Plan Use discarded water storage tanks as the main structure. After splitting them vertically in half, reinforce the tank body with wooden planks and install universal wheels to achieve mobility. The interior of the tank can be designed in layers: the bottom layer is equipped with a drain pipe connected to a septic tank or sewage bucket; the middle layer has a toilet installed (either water-saving or portable types can be selected); the upper layer adds a sink, water tank, and a simple bath heater. The top is sealed with waterproof panels, and a door opening is made on the side with a folding door installed to form an independent space. This plan is cost-effective and suitable for small households or temporary use scenarios. However, it is necessary to regularly clean the sewage bucket and ensure ventilation.
2. Space Optimization and Functional Separation Refer to the bathroom design of Shanghai households and adopt a layout of 'moving the sink outside + three-area separation': move the sink to the corridor outside the door, divide the interior into a shower area and a toilet area, and achieve dry-wet separation through glass partitions or solid walls. This design can significantly improve usage efficiency and avoid conflicts during peak hours in the morning and evening. The introduction of a smart toilet can further optimize the experience. Its functions such as automatic flushing, heated seat, and warm air drying are especially suitable for the elderly and children. Some models support mobile app control, facilitating remote adjustment of water temperature or nozzle position.
3. Detail Design to Enhance Convenience
- Wall-mounted Embedded Trash Can: Cut a groove in the wall beside the toilet and install a pull-out trash can with a recommended capacity of 3-5 liters. Use a sealed design to prevent odor diffusion, and simply replace the trash bags regularly.
- Fixed High-pressure Spray Gun: Install a rotatable high-pressure spray gun on the wall behind the toilet. The recommended water pressure is 3-5 bar. It is used to clean floor gaps or stains around the toilet. The length of the spray gun should cover the entire bathroom area.
- Modular Storage System: Utilize vertical space to install multi-layer shelves. The materials can be waterproof PVC or stainless steel, used for storing toilet paper, cleaning agents, and other items to avoid clutter on the floor.
4. Extended Design for Outdoor Mobile Toilets For courtyard or camping scenarios, an integrated mobile toilet can be designed: the main body adopts a lightweight metal frame (such as aluminum alloy), covered with gray metal carved panels to enhance durability. Inside, a squat toilet and a shower area are set up, with a length controlled between 6-9 meters. Sinks and storage cabinets are configured on both sides. The drainage system needs to distinguish between gray water (from hand washing and showering) and black water (from the toilet). Gray water can be directly discharged to the courtyard greening area, while black water needs to be connected to a septic tank or regularly pumped out. Solar panels can be installed on the top to supply power to the lighting and ventilation systems, enhancing environmental protection.
