High-Strength Prefabricated Cement House Structure
The high-strength prefabricated cement house structure adopts a full-frame shear wall system, featuring high strength, modularity, and excellent disaster resistance, making it suitable for earthquake-prone and high-wind-pressure areas.

Materials and Structural System
This structure utilizes C35 concrete and Φ8-Φ14 threaded steel bars, which are cast in one piece using molds to form an integrated load-bearing system consisting of "L-shaped columns + rectangular beams + floor slabs." The full concrete casting eliminates the "weak links" of traditional masonry structures, such as the tendency for cracks to form at brick joints or connections, resulting in greater overall integrity. For example, during the 6.2-magnitude earthquake in Zhaotong, Yunnan, in 2023, the main structure of a cement house homestay built with this system remained intact, with only a 0.1mm fine crack appearing on the wall, while surrounding brick-and-concrete houses generally exhibited 1-3mm cracks, verifying its earthquake resistance and safety.
Modular Design and Construction Efficiency
Each module weighs 23-28 tons, with a wall thickness of 150mm and a floor slab thickness of 100mm, achieving a compressive strength of 30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-concrete structures. The modules are pre-embedded with water and electricity pipelines and EPS insulation layers (thickness 50-100mm), and undergo waterproof testing before leaving the factory. After on-site hoisting, it takes only 3 days to connect the water and electricity, significantly shortening the construction period. This design reduces on-site wet work and lowers the risk of human construction errors.
Connection Technology and Disaster Resistance
Modules are connected using prestressed bolts + welded steel plates, with a single-point tensile strength of 20 tons, forming an overall framework. It has a wind resistance rating of Class 12 (wind speed 37m/s), with module displacement of only 0.5cm; the seismic fortification intensity is adjusted according to the floor level, with 1-story modules capable of withstanding 9-10 magnitude earthquakes and 2-3 story modules capable of withstanding 7-8 magnitude earthquakes. Actual measurements in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, showed that the cement house homestay suffered no damage to its exterior walls after Typhoon Haiyan, while measurements in the Qiandongnan region of Guizhou revealed a roof leakage rate of only 0.3%, far lower than the 5% of traditional buildings, proving its reliable wind and water resistance.
Fire Resistance and Durability
The concrete has a fire resistance limit of 3 hours, superior to the 2 hours of brick-and-concrete structures; the seamless casting process gives the roof and wall a waterproof rating of Class II, capable of withstanding 12 hours of continuous heavy rain. These characteristics provide long-term stability in humid or rainy areas, reducing later maintenance costs.
