High-Speed Mobile Toilet Vehicle
Admin September 21, 2026
There are multiple types of high-speed mobile toilet vehicles, and there are some issues and challenges in their practical applications.

I. Types of High-Speed Mobile Toilet Vehicles
- Vehicle-mounted Hidden Toilet: Seres Automotive Co., Ltd. has been granted authorization for its utility model patent titled 'Vehicle-mounted Commode and Vehicle'. This 'vehicle-mounted toilet' can be hidden beneath the seat and consists of a commode body and a slide rail assembly. Normally, it is concealed under the seat, not affecting the interior space and aesthetics of the vehicle. In case of emergencies, it can be pulled out for use and pushed back in after use. However, at present, the official has not clarified whether it will be installed in mass-produced vehicles. If mass-produced, real-world issues such as privacy, odor, cleaning, and filter system design need to be addressed.
- Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet: For example, Yuanting Smart Environmental Protection Public Toilet Station has related products in production and manufacturing, which are vehicle-mounted mobile toilets that can be driven.
- Mobile Toilet Truck: There are numerous brands, including Dongfeng, Chengli, Jiangte, and Sinotruk. They are used for sanitation purposes, with a van body type, classified as special vehicles, and have maximum speeds of 100 km/h, 101 km/h, etc.
II. Issues with High-Speed Mobile Toilet Vehicles
- Safety and Management Issues: There has been an incident where a woman was accidentally taken onto the highway in a mobile toilet. In this incident, the driver did not carefully check to ensure that no one was inside the mobile toilet when loading goods, and the management of the mobile toilet was lax, lacking a comprehensive inspection mechanism or warning signs. As a result, the woman experienced a terrifying journey on the highway, suffering physical and psychological trauma.
- Mass Production and Application Issues: For the vehicle-mounted toilet patented by Seres, although the design is novel, the official has not clarified whether it will be installed in mass-produced vehicles. Even if mass-produced, it faces numerous real-world issues, such as privacy protection, ensuring that users' privacy inside the vehicle is not violated; odor treatment, requiring effective ventilation and deodorization systems; cleaning, making it convenient for users to clean and for subsequent maintenance; and filter system design, which is also crucial to ensure indoor air quality in the vehicle.
