High-End Refined Decoration Container House
A high-end refined decoration container house is a habitable or office building formed by transforming containers as basic modules. It features environmental friendliness, flexibility, and low cost, with construction processes covering structural modification, roof and interior construction, and exterior decoration.

I. Structural Modification
High-end refined decoration container houses require segmented cutting of standard containers to meet spatial layout requirements. Aluminum alloy windows and glass doors are installed to enhance lighting and transparency, while light steel keels are fixed along the container's iron sheet through punching to construct internal partitions or support structures. Hidden plumbing and electrical works need to be planned in advance, with pipelines embedded within the keel framework and switch and socket positions reserved. Exhaust pipes should extend outdoors to ensure ventilation efficiency. Steel frame structures can also be used to expand functional areas, such as creating leisure platforms beside container windows to enhance space utilization.
II. Roof Construction
The roof adopts a layered treatment process: a foam board is laid at the bottom layer for sound insulation and heat insulation, and an oriented strand board covers the surface layer to ensure structural flatness. The waterproof layer uses torch-applied membrane waterproofing materials, which are melted and bonded at high temperatures to form a continuous waterproof membrane, effectively resisting rainwater penetration. This process ensures that the roof maintains a dry environment during long-term use, avoiding internal damage caused by leakage.
III. Interior Construction
Interior construction is carried out in three steps: first, foam adhesive is used to fill gaps on the inner side of the keels to block air circulation and enhance sound insulation; second, high-density decorative paper is applied to improve surface wear resistance; and finally, gypsum board is installed on the outer layer, followed by putty sanding and latex paint application to form a flat and aesthetically pleasing wall. The floor is usually laid with composite flooring or tiles, balancing practicality and decoration.
IV. Exterior Decoration
The exterior of the container is wrapped with specially made panels to protect the metal structure from corrosion and enhance overall aesthetics. Leisure areas extended from the steel frame structure can be paired with anti-corrosion wooden flooring or outdoor furniture to create multifunctional activity spaces.
V. Application Areas
This type of building is widely used in scenarios such as temporary housing, creative office spaces, and post-disaster emergency shelter. Its modular design supports rapid assembly and disassembly as well as repeated use. In recent years, technological breakthroughs such as optimized thermal insulation performance (e.g., adding rock wool interlayers), integrated solar power systems, and intelligent management (e.g., environmental monitoring, remote control) have further expanded its application scope.
