Chassis: It adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kw, which is superior to the 220KW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires, which have better wear resistance and puncture resistance, ensuring stable driving of the vehicle under different road conditions. The double-door integrated cab provides a relatively comfortable and convenient operating space for the driver.
Upper Structure: The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties that meet national standards, effectively extending the service life of the vehicle. The wall adopts an overall frame structure of a skeleton + polyurethane filling, which is not only sturdy and durable but also has good thermal insulation properties.
Interior Facilities of the Carriage: The carriage can simultaneously meet the sanitary needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women and 3 urinals. Each area is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, providing a comfortable temperature environment for users. Electric exhaust fans are installed at the top of the sanitary areas, and a honeycomb aluminum partition design is used between the sanitary areas, with each compartment equipped with an exhaust fan, ensuring air circulation and freshness inside the carriage. Other Equipment: The vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank capacity of 500L. There is a general control cabinet inside the carriage, equipped with a voltmeter, ammeter, thermal insulation, sensors, etc., as well as indicator lights and sockets. A sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW is specially set up for easy sewage discharge. Warning lights are installed on the roof and at the rear of the vehicle, and it is equipped with a 10-meter dark-colored hose. The generator is a silent generator, which can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank. The carriage is also equipped with a ladder for easy maintenance of equipment on the top.
