Heyuan Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 06, 2026

The design of Heyuan mobile toilets incorporates innovative concepts and technological applications in various aspects, including prefabrication, solar energy, scenario adaptation, product lineup, environmental protection and durability, hygiene and convenience, flexible deployment and maintenance, as well as flexible rental periods.

Prefabricated Design: Components are manufactured in factories, with material selection and quality inspection carried out in accordance with factory management systems and standard protocols. This promotes the integration of informatization and industrialization, spawns new industries, and offers advantages such as resource and energy conservation, pollution reduction, and improved labor productivity.

Solar Design: Insulation is applied to the exterior walls of the building, with the sun-facing side constructed as a solar collector wall. Adjustable vents are installed to utilize physical principles for automatic circulation of hot and cold air indoors. This increases indoor temperature in winter, prevents water pipes from freezing and cracking, and saves energy and operating costs.

Scenario-Adapted Design: Dry assembly-type toilets are suitable for underdeveloped remote areas, water- and energy-saving scenic spots, and places with inadequate sewage pipelines. They automatically package excreta and replace packaging bags. Water-saving flushing types are applicable to commercial streets with well-established sewage pipelines and water and electricity conditions, saving more water than ordinary flushing toilets. Foam-type toilets are ideal for important or high-end venues with high usage requirements, as they can block odors and conceal excreta.

Environmentally Friendly and Durable Design: All models are equipped with high-efficiency water-saving flushing systems as standard. Vacuum models have low water consumption and environmentally friendly emissions. Some water-saving devices use less than 60% of the water required for a single flush compared to traditional public toilets. Some models are equipped with gray water recycling modules, and biodegradation technology is applied to waterless series. The core structure adopts industrial-grade thickened materials and professional anti-slip floor design, offering strong resistance to wear and aging.

Hygiene and Convenience Design: The interior features antibacterial-coated walls, anti-splash curved urinals, and silent flushing systems. During peak usage periods, dual-chamber alternating purification devices are provided. Packaged models use special mechanical packaging systems to automatically compress and seal excreta, eliminating the need for external water supply and drainage. Built-in sealed bags isolate odors, and some models are equipped with anti-mosquito and anti-fly devices. The packaging bags can be uniformly recycled.

Flexible Deployment and Maintenance Design: The modular design requires only simple fixation for installation, facilitating easy transportation and supporting rapid entry, immediate installation, and large-scale clustered deployment. A one-stop service covering equipment production, sales, leasing, and maintenance is provided. Daily maintenance is carried out by localized service teams, with inspection frequencies dynamically adjusted according to project grades.

Flexible Rental Period Design: Various billing modes are supported, including daily, monthly, quarterly rentals, and long-term strategic cooperation. There are no mandatory minimum rental periods or idle period fee捆绑s (fee捆绑 here means no additional fees are charged for idle periods).
