How to Install a Mobile Toilet in Hengyang
Admin October 09, 2026
The installation process of mobile toilets in Hengyang generally follows the core steps of 'positioning - assembly - connection - debugging'. Specific operations need to be adjusted according to the toilet type (split-type or integrated) and on-site conditions, with the overall installation time being approximately 1-4 hours.

I. Positioning and Site Preparation
- Site Selection Requirements: Determine the installation location based on site planning. Ensure that the ground is solid and the drainage is smooth. If the ground is soft soil or uneven, hardening treatment (such as pouring concrete) or laying steel plates in advance is required to prevent the toilet from tilting or being damaged due to an unstable foundation.
- Drainage Planning: If connection to the municipal sewage network or a dedicated septic tank is required, plan the pipeline route in advance and reserve the interface location. This step can be omitted for flush-free or biodegradable toilets.
II. Assembly and Structural Construction
- Split-type Mobile Toilets:
- Chassis and Frame Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust it to a level state with a level gauge to ensure the stability of subsequent wall installation.
- Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and fix them with bolts or buckles. Then install the roof panels, focusing on checking the tightness of the joints to prevent rainwater leakage. This step usually takes 1-2 hours.
- Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
- The internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory. On-site, only use a crane to hoist the entire box to the designated location, and the installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
III. Equipment Connection and Pipeline Laying
- Internal Equipment Installation: Include partitions, toilets, flushing systems, hand-washing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. Fix each component according to the instructions to ensure safe use.
- Water and Electricity Pipeline Connection:
- The modular quick-connect design simplifies operations, but professional personnel are required to connect the power supply and water pipes to avoid the risks of electric leakage or water leakage.
- If connection to the municipal network is required, coordinate with relevant departments in advance. For independent toilets, water storage tanks and sewage tanks can be configured and cleaned regularly.
IV. Function Inspection and Debugging
- Flushing Test: Check whether the toilet flushing is smooth and whether the water volume meets the standard.
- Circuit Inspection: Confirm that the lighting and ventilation equipment are powered on normally without short circuits or poor contacts.
- Tightness Inspection: Focus on checking the joints of the walls, the edges of doors and windows, and the connections of sewage pipelines to ensure no leakage.
Note: If the on-site conditions are complex (such as insufficient ground hardening or difficulties in pipeline laying), the installation time may be extended. The '1-2 hours for installation' provided by the lessor usually refers to simple laying scenarios, and the actual situation should be based on the on-site debugging results.
