Hengshui Mobile Environmental Toilet Inspection
The inspection of mobile environmental toilets in Hengshui mainly includes construction and structural review, structural damage inspection, structural safety calculation and analysis, and steel data function inspection, among other aspects.

Construction and Structural Review: This is the foundational step of the inspection, carried out based on the original planning data of the toilet provided by the client. Inspectors use tools such as handheld laser distance meters and 5-meter steel tapes to conduct sampling reviews of the distribution of toilet walls, the orientation and dimensions of doors and windows, etc. At the same time, they measure the axial dimensions and heights of the structure to ensure that the actual construction matches the planning data, guaranteeing a reasonable overall structural layout of the toilet and providing basic protection for subsequent use and safety.
Structural Damage Inspection: This mainly focuses on checking whether the tested product has any damage or defects. Attention is paid to the main load-bearing components to see if there are obvious signs of aging, deformation, etc. For the connections of load-bearing steel members, inspectors check for any abnormalities, such as loose or misaligned connections. They also confirm the firmness of the connections between steel beams and steel columns, using careful observation and necessary inspection methods to ensure that there are no obvious cracks in unwelded areas, safeguarding the integrity and stability of the toilet structure.
Structural Safety Calculation and Analysis: Based on the 'Building Structural Load Standard' and in combination with relevant data parameters obtained from on-site inquiries, considering various factors such as dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic actions, professional PKPM software is used to calculate and analyze the load-bearing capacity of the inspected mobile environmental toilet structure. Through this step, the safety performance of the toilet structure under different loads can be accurately evaluated, determining whether it can withstand various external forces during normal use and ensuring safety.
Steel Data Function Inspection: For the steel structure part, non-destructive testing of welds is first carried out to detect possible internal defects in the welds, such as pores and slag inclusions, ensuring that the weld quality meets the requirements. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the steel are tested, including measuring the tensile strength, yield strength, and conducting impact tests, etc., to comprehensively understand the performance indicators of the steel and ensure the quality and reliability of the steel structure part.
