Henan Mobile Toilet Water-saving Project

Admin September 20, 2026

The Henan Mobile Toilet Water-saving Project achieves efficient water conservation through various advanced technologies, effectively addressing issues such as high water consumption in traditional public toilets and the conflict between freeze prevention and water conservation in cold regions.

I. Negative Pressure Vacuum Technology Breaks Through Water-saving Limits
The negative pressure vacuum series products developed by Henan Guoxing Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. compress the single flush volume to 0.2-0.4 liters using the principle of vacuum suction, which is only 1/20 of the water consumption of traditional public toilets. This technology rapidly sucks up excreta through negative pressure pipes and completes cleaning with a small amount of water, ensuring both flushing effectiveness and a significant reduction in water consumption. More critically, the technology avoids water freezing through pipe negative pressure design, overcoming the industry bottleneck of balancing freeze prevention and water conservation in public toilets in cold regions, and enabling stable operation under extreme winter climates in the north.

II. Microbial Degradation and Foam Sealing Technologies Achieve Zero Water Usage
Some mobile toilets adopt microbial degradation technology, which decomposes excreta through specific bacterial strains without the need for flushing throughout the process, requiring only regular replenishment of bacterial strains to maintain system operation. Another type, foam sealing technology, generates high-density foam through a foaming device to cover the toilet surface, utilizing the lubricating and sealing effects of the foam to prevent odor diffusion while reducing excreta adhesion, requiring only a minimal amount of water (about 0.1 liters per use) for auxiliary cleaning. These two technologies completely eliminate dependence on water resources, making them suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary emergency scenarios.

III. Popularization of Water-saving Devices in Mobile Toilets on Construction Sites
For temporary locations such as construction sites, mobile toilets promoted in Henan are generally equipped with water-saving flush devices, which control the single flush volume to 3-5 liters (about 10-15 liters for traditional public toilets) by optimizing water tank structure and flush valve design. Some products also adopt sensor-based flush systems that automatically adjust the flush volume according to usage frequency, further avoiding water waste. These devices can achieve water-saving goals through simple modifications, with low costs and easy maintenance, making them suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
