Hejin Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 17, 2026

Hejin City has multiple related projects and market supply situations in the field of prefabricated houses.

I. Prefabricated House Production Projects

  1. 300,000-ton/year Prefabricated Building Project (Phase I) of Hejin Xuanling Building Materials Co., Ltd.
This project includes a production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of prefabricated assembled houses, located 265 meters south of Beiwuqin Village in the Hejin Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its core products are prefabricated assembled house components, achieving standardized manufacturing of house parts through industrial production methods, significantly improving construction efficiency and reducing on-site work intensity. The production line focuses on modular production of the prefabricated building system, suitable for rapidly constructing temporary or permanent buildings.

  2. 2 Million Square Meters/year Prefabricated Building Project of Hejin Rongsheng Prefabricated Building Co., Ltd.
The project has an annual production capacity of 2 million square meters of prefabricated building components, located on the west side of Fubo Village, Zhaojiazhuang Township, Hejin City. Its production scope covers building main structural components such as wall panels, floor slabs, and stairs, using prefabricated concrete technology to achieve factory production of building components. This project reduces unit costs through large-scale production, providing standardized component support for large-scale building projects and promoting the industrialization of prefabricated buildings in Hejin City.

II. Market Supply of Mobile Houses
The mobile house market in Hejin City exhibits diversified supply characteristics, with some companies offering customized services. For example, Tianjin Qihong Color Steel Structure Co., Ltd. provides color steel mobile house solutions for Yuncheng City (including Hejin), with product types including elegant home houses and sunrooms. These mobile houses use light steel structures as skeletons, paired with color steel plates or composite panels for enclosure, featuring quick installation, strong mobility, and low cost. They are widely used in scenarios such as temporary on-site offices, commercial exhibitions, and civilian residences. Users can choose standard house types or customize dimensions and functional layouts according to their needs, meeting differentiated usage requirements.

III. Technical Characteristics and Development Directions
The prefabricated house projects in Hejin City embody the technical advantages of prefabricated buildings: reducing on-site wet work through factory prefabrication, lowering dust pollution; improving construction accuracy through modular design, shortening construction cycles; and facilitating quality control through standardized components, extending building service life. In the future, with the promotion of green building concepts, local companies may further develop energy-efficient prefabricated components and intelligent installation technologies, driving the upgrade of prefabricated houses towards low-carbon and intelligent directions.
