Hebi Villa Container House
Admin September 10, 2026
Information on Hebi villa container houses needs to be covered in two parts: container houses and villas differ in essence and should be viewed rationally.

Prices and supply of container houses in Hebi
Container houses in Hebi fall mainly into two types:
- Prefab-panel-style container houses: Supplied by Shandong Zhongjiang Green Building Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., priced at $639/m², available by phone order, with a promise of shipment within 72 hours and "short-shipment compensation and damage coverage" service. These units use color steel panels as the main material, suit temporary living or site offices, and are quick to erect with controllable cost.
- 12 m standard container houses: Supplied by Henan Yicheng Jiayou Information Technology Co., Ltd., priced in the range $472-$792 each. Dimensions are fixed—typically 12 m long, 2.4 m wide, and 2.6 m high—and interiors can be remodeled as needed (for example, partitioning bedrooms, kitchens, and other spaces), making them suitable for longer-term living or commercial use.
Hebi villa market and price ranges
The Hebi villa market is clearly split; beware of "low-price traps":
- The truth behind low-priced listings: Online claims of a "$13,889 small villa" are mostly misleading. Low-priced stock in older districts (such as Shancheng and Heshan) is often aging top-floor apartments in former mining-family compounds or apartment-style homes, unrelated to a villa's independent courtyard and higher-quality design. Average prices in the new urban area are $833-$1,111/m², so $13,889 is not even enough for a down payment.
- Real prices for courtyard villas: A true single-courtyard villa in the new urban area starts at a total of at least $50,139, and must also meet land-use and planning-permit requirements. For example, the Hebi Jianye Forest Peninsula project includes villa products on the south side of Changjiang Road in Qibin District, on the east bank of the Qi River. It covers 69,679 m², with a plot ratio of 1.43 and 34% greenery, and unit sizes from 88 m² to 266 m²—firmly in the high-end residential category.
Summary: If you need fast, low-cost housing, a container house is a workable option; if you want villa living quality, recognize real market prices and avoid being misled by false advertising.
