The Qishui Garden project is the first residential prefabrication project in Hebi City, holding significant demonstration value. This project utilizes prefabricated reinforced concrete building modules designed and manufactured by Hebi Dongjiang Construction Industry Technology Co., Ltd. Building components such as interior and exterior wall panels, stairs, and composite beams are all prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the construction site for hoisting. Through this method, the assembly rate of the main structure reaches 59%, effectively improving construction efficiency, reducing on-site wet work, and minimizing environmental pollution during the construction process, demonstrating the advantages of prefabricated buildings in terms of greenness and efficiency.
Relatively Strong Industrial Foundation
Hebi Dongjiang Construction Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is the core enterprise in the local prefabricated building industry. Established in 2016 and wholly owned by Henan Dongfang Construction Industry Technology Group Co., Ltd., the company specializes in full-chain services for prefabricated buildings, covering areas such as the design and production of concrete structural components. Its PC factory production base was completed and put into operation in June 2016, covering an area of 260 acres with a total investment of 711 million yuan and a planned annual production capacity of 1.2 million square meters. As the first prefabricated building production and operation service provider in Hebi City, the company has established an independent technology service platform and industrial park, providing solid technical support and industrial配套 (supporting facilities) for the development of the local prefabricated building industry.
Strong Policy Support
The Hebi City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has formulated a series of policies to vigorously support the development of the prefabricated building industry. For construction projects with a prefabrication rate of over 30% and an assembly rate of over 50%, the municipal finance provides a subsidy of 50 yuan per square meter, with the financial subsidy for a single project adopting prefabricated buildings not exceeding 3 million yuan. This, to a certain extent, reduces construction costs for enterprises and increases their enthusiasm for adopting prefabricated buildings. At the same time, to promote the high-quality development of commercial concrete enterprises, a work implementation plan has been formulated to advance the governance and rectification of the ready-mixed commercial concrete (ready-mixed mortar) industry to achieve high-quality development, clarifying content such as banning unlicensed enterprises, eliminating backward production capacity, optimizing industrial layout, and achieving green development. Additionally, a special governance campaign for the quality behavior of ready-mixed concrete across the city has been launched to standardize the market environment and order, creating a favorable market environment for the development of concrete prefabricated houses.
