Safety Inspection of Mobile Toilets in Hanzhong
Admin October 17, 2026
The safety inspection of mobile toilets in Hanzhong should be conducted from five dimensions: structural safety, equipment and system safety, environmental protection and hygiene, environmental adaptability, and user experience. It should be carried out by professional institutions and a standardized report should be issued.

I. Structural Safety Inspection
- Overall Stability: Inspect walls, floors, and roofs for tilting, cracks, or deformation through visual inspection, level gauges, or rangefinders to ensure no abnormal displacement of the structure.
- Load-Bearing Capacity: Simulate a load of 500kg/m² for 24 hours to observe whether the ground collapses or the structure cracks, verifying load-bearing safety.
- Wind and Earthquake Resistance Performance:
- Wind Pressure Test: Simulate an 8-level wind force (17.2-20.7m/s) for 1 hour, with a maximum deformation of ≤5mm.
- Earthquake Resistance Test: Simulate a 7-degree earthquake intensity (0.15g acceleration) for 30 seconds using a shaking table to ensure no risk of structural collapse.
- Anti-Slip Performance: Use a pendulum friction tester to measure the wet friction coefficient of the ground, which should be ≥0.5 to reduce the risk of slipping.
II. Equipment and System Safety Inspection
- Internal Equipment: Check for damage to toilets, urinals, sinks, etc., and ensure their functionality (e.g., drainage smoothness); faucets and flush valves should undergo 500 open-close cycle tests to ensure no failures.
- Water Supply and Drainage System:
- Water Supply Pressure Test: Use a water pressure gauge to check if the pipeline pressure is within the normal range.
- Drainage Test: Release water to check for pipeline blockages; the septic tank should be sealed to prevent leakage for 24 hours.
- Electrical System:
- Check the working voltage and current of lighting, ventilation, and heating devices to ensure they are within safe limits.
- Electrical Circuit Short-Circuit Test: The automatic circuit breaker should cut off the power within 0.1 seconds.
- Lightning Protection Grounding Test: The grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω, and the lightning impulse withstand voltage should be ≥40kV.
III. Environmental Protection and Hygiene Safety Inspection
- Environmental Protection System:
- Water-Saving Device Test: Verify the water-saving effect through actual water consumption.
- Deodorization Device Test: Use an odor detector to measure the odor concentration, which should be reduced to ≤10ppm within 30 minutes.
- Hygiene Indicators:
- Air Quality Monitoring: The concentration of odors such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide should meet standards.
- Microbial Indicator Sampling and Analysis: Sample and analyze the total number of bacteria and coliform bacteria on surfaces, ensuring cleanliness in high-frequency contact areas meets standards.
IV. Environmental Adaptability Inspection
- Weather Resistance: Cycle through high temperatures (60℃) and low temperatures (-20℃) for 72 hours each to check for material deformation or cracking.
- Waterproof Performance: Simulate heavy rain (100mm/h rainfall) for 2 hours to ensure no internal leakage and a water accumulation depth of ≤5mm.
V. User Experience-Related Safety Inspection
- Ergonomic Design: The door frame height should be ≥2000mm, the distance between squatting positions should be ≥900mm, and the handrail height should be 800-900mm.
- Information Signage: Ensure that safety warning signs (e.g., anti-slip warnings, emergency exit signs) are clearly visible.
