Hangzhou Event Portable Toilet Rental

When Hangzhou hosts events, portable toilet rental services are well-developed and can meet diverse needs. Here is the specific information:

Rental Service Items and Suppliers
The portable toilet rental service for the 2024 Hangzhou Marathon was procured by the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Competition Center, with the supplier being Hangzhou Yuanchi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, there are multiple local service providers in Hangzhou offering portable toilets specifically for events, forming a relatively mature market system.

Rental Advantages

1. Quick Response and Flexibility: Sports events have large crowds and concentrated demand. Renting portable toilets allows for rapid deployment without long-term occupation of venue resources, making them particularly suitable for temporary events.
2. Diverse Styles: Single-person, double-person, and barrier-free facilities are available, and can be flexibly configured according to the scale of the event. For example, service providers in Jianggan District can deliver within 24 hours, with some areas offering installation within 1 hour, and support additional features such as sinks and lighting equipment.
3. Professional Maintenance: Regular rental companies provide cleaning services twice a day, and for large events, dedicated personnel are stationed on-site for maintenance to ensure hygiene standards are met.

Rental Considerations

1. Quantity Planning: Calculate based on '1-2 toilet units per 100 people', and it is recommended to have an additional 3-5 units to handle unexpected demand.
2. Location Requirements: They should be placed away from dining areas (at least 5 meters), close to main entrances and exits and audience flow paths, and avoid noise interference.
3. Additional Services: Options include portable toilets with sunshades or custom exteriors printed with event logos to enhance brand display.

Popular Rental Areas and Scenarios

1. Qianjiang New City Area: Suitable for large music festivals and concerts, it is recommended to rent 20-50 high-end toilet combinations.
2. Xiasha Higher Education Park: For campus events, modular toilets can be chosen for quick assembly and disassembly.

Budget and Contract
The daily rental price per unit is approximately 80-150 yuan. For small events with fewer than 50 people, rental can be done on a per-use basis, with a total price of about 500-1000 yuan. Contract terms should clearly specify delivery time, cleaning frequency, damage compensation standards, and it is advisable to retain service provider qualification documents to mitigate risks.

The portable toilet rental service for events in Hangzhou has established a standardized process, with professional support from demand planning to post-maintenance. Organizers can choose appropriate plans based on the type and scale of the event.
