Haixi Color Steel Mobile Toilet

Admin October 06, 2026

The manufacturing process of the Haixi color steel mobile toilet is advanced, and its environmental contributions are outstanding, reflected in aspects such as structure, materials, technology, and resource utilization.

Manufacturing Process

The structural frame is made of high-strength cold-formed thin-walled steel sections, which are cold-formed to provide sufficient structural support while maintaining a low self-weight. The frame connection nodes are assembled with bolts, facilitating easy disassembly and reassembly, and enhancing the product's flexibility and reusability. The surface-covered color steel plate is a key component, a composite material formed by continuous roll coating and baking processes on a metal substrate. The substrate is mostly galvanized steel plate or aluminum-zinc alloy steel plate, and the coating consists of a primer, topcoat, and protective film, providing corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and certain thermal insulation properties. Qinghai Shiquan Color Steel Factory adjusts the coating formula and thickness according to the environmental characteristics of the plateau region to meet special environmental requirements. During manufacturing, CNC bending technology and automatic welding robots are introduced to ensure the precision of plate splicing, and the surface treatment adopts electrostatic powder coating technology, resulting in a uniform coating thickness and strong adhesion.

Environmental Contributions

In resource utilization, standardized and modular designs are adopted, with most components pre-cut and formed in the factory and assembled on-site, significantly reducing construction waste generated by traditional civil engineering and lowering the material loss rate through precise calculation and nesting. The integration of water treatment systems is core, with common technical paths including a multi-stage combination of physical sedimentation, biological degradation, and chemical treatment. The treated effluent can be used for flushing or green irrigation, reducing pressure on municipal water networks and freshwater resource consumption. Final disposal methods for excreta include biological treatment and the use of replaceable sewage storage tanks combined with subsequent professional cleaning and centralized treatment, avoiding non-point source pollution caused by indiscriminate discharge. From a life-cycle assessment perspective, the steel and color steel plates of the main structure of the color steel mobile toilet are highly recyclable materials. After the product reaches the end of its service life, most materials can enter the recycling loop, reducing the final landfill volume of construction waste. Some models integrate microbial degradation technology, which decomposes excreta into odorless fertilizer by cultivating specific bacterial communities, further enhancing environmental benefits.
