Hainan Prefabricated Building Component Molds
Admin September 18, 2026
Hainan prefabricated building component molds mainly include Hainan cover plate molds, Hainan interlocking block molds, and Hainan prefabricated composite filling molds for bidirectional ribbed slabs in precast ribbed cavity floor systems, among others. Here is a detailed introduction:

Hainan Cover Plate Molds
- Material Selection: Steel or engineering plastics are commonly used. Steel offers high wear resistance, suitable for large-scale repeated use; engineering plastics are lightweight, ideal for manufacturing complex shapes. Given Hainan's high-temperature and high-humidity environment, materials need to be corrosion-resistant, often achieved through surface coatings or the use of stainless steel variants to extend mold life.
- Structural Design: Emphasis is placed on geometric accuracy and ease of demolding. The dimensional error of the mold's internal cavity is controlled within millimeters. The inner walls are designed with a slight slope and equipped with air vents to facilitate concrete air release and demolding. Detachable molds are more widely used in Hainan, adaptable to diverse cover plate specifications and convenient for transportation and storage.
- Processing Techniques: These include cutting, welding, and surface treatment. CNC machine tools ensure precise cutting, welding guarantees airtight and robust joints, and surface polishing reduces demolding resistance, enhancing the surface finish of precast cover plates.
- Application Value: By using molds to prefabricate cover plates, only lifting and fixing are required on-site, significantly shortening the construction period. The factory production environment helps maintain stable concrete mix ratios, improving the consistency of cover plate strength while reducing on-site dust and waste.
Hainan Interlocking Block Molds
- Design Core: Ensure that the concave-convex interfaces on the edges of each precast block fit together seamlessly. The mold cavity structure is designed according to the load transfer path of the interlocking blocks.
- Functional Characteristics: After concrete hardening, the blocks have regularly arranged tenons and mortises on their sides. During masonry construction, adjacent blocks mechanically interlock, restricting relative displacement between blocks and initially forming structural integrity.
- Environmental Advantages: High-precision molds ensure minimal dimensional errors in the blocks, enabling dry masonry or thin-mortar masonry on-site, significantly reducing the consumption of cement mortar in traditional masonry while increasing construction speed and reducing construction waste and dust.
- Construction Logic: Prefabrication shifts some wet work from the construction site to the factory environment, reducing on-site construction energy consumption and water consumption. The interlocking mechanism between blocks enhances masonry stability, indirectly saving material usage and promoting the standardization and recycling of building components.
Hainan Prefabricated Composite Filling Molds for Bidirectional Ribbed Slabs in Precast Ribbed Cavity Floor Systems
- Scope of Application: Suitable for hollow floor systems, composed of thin slabs and ribbed beams with small spacing, available in two types: unidirectional multi-wedge floors and bidirectional multi-wedge slabs.
- Product Characteristics: The exposed non-removable core mold floor system for ribbed floors is suitable for large-span buildings, featuring lightweight structure and convenient construction.
