Hainan Container Creative House
Hainan Container Creative House is an innovative form of housing in the architectural field, using containers as basic modules and undergoing creative design and transformation. The following is an introduction from aspects such as design, application, advantages, and cases:
Design Aspect: The design of container creative houses is highly flexible. The internal space of a single container can be planned to install functional areas such as bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms, and be equipped with smart home systems. Multiple containers can also be combined, such as through vertical stacking and split-level structures, to create multi-level three-dimensional spaces. For example, the "Box Bay" creative container bar in Sanya uses two containers for modular transformation, creating a three-level three-dimensional space through vertical stacking, with the rooftop observation deck facing the sunset directly. In terms of exterior design, color combinations can be used, such as applying matte black and iridescent purple spraying, presenting a metallic luster in the sunlight and creating a cyberpunk atmosphere through hidden LED light strips at night. Tropical elements can also be integrated to collide with the industrial style, such as the beer shop signs and neon signs on the exterior walls forming a strong contrast with the metallic texture of the containers.
Application Scenarios: The application scope is wide, covering urban commerce, cultural and tourism scenic spots, rural homestays, economic food streets, internet-famous check-in spots, and various types of schools, etc. In the Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor, there is a seaside bar that has become a popular check-in spot due to its unique design and immersive experience. In the engineering consulting and architectural services area, there are container-style building displays that include complete bathrooms, living rooms, and smart home systems.
Advantageous Features: It has a stable structure and a high safety factor. The materials used are the same as those of shipping containers, and welding and rivet connections are used during construction, ensuring reliable stability. The size can be customized to be more stylized, allowing for customization of container body size, door and window opening designs according to needs, and giving full play to imagination in assembly and combination. It is easy to disassemble and update, meeting the requirements of resource reuse and a low-carbon economy, and is suitable for the rapid construction of various low (multi)-story houses for multiple purposes.
Related Enterprises: There are many enterprises in Hainan engaged in businesses related to container creative houses, such as Hainan Heyi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., which integrates design, research and development, production, and installation, and can provide full-industry-chain services; Hainan Jingyang Container Service Co., Ltd., which mainly deals in containers and refrigerated containers, etc.
