Haidong Craft Mobile Toilet
Haidong Craft Mobile Toilet focuses on environmental innovation, forming systematic technological advantages in materials, processes, wastewater treatment, waste utilization, and energy efficiency improvement.

In terms of material selection, the main structure uses environmentally friendly color-coated steel, with surface coatings of solvent-free epoxy resin or water-based acrylic paint, significantly reducing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions compared to traditional solvent-based paints and minimizing air pollution. The structural support components are made of aluminum-zinc alloy steel plates, which offer about 40% better corrosion resistance than ordinary galvanized steel plates, extending service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
The production process achieves energy conservation and emission reduction through multiple technological optimizations. The cutting process employs a CNC plasma cutting system combined with a cartridge-type dust collector with a dust removal efficiency of 99.7%, reducing metal dust recovery to less than 0.5 kilograms per ton of steel. The welding process introduces inert gas shielded welding technology, reducing dust generation by more than 70% compared to traditional manual arc welding, with manganese and chromium heavy metal particulate concentrations controlled below 0.15mg/m³, meeting occupational health standards. Modular assembly uses high-precision CNC bending equipment with positioning errors not exceeding 0.5 millimeters, achieving a material utilization rate of 94.2% and reducing scrap generation by 17%, thus lowering resource consumption from the source.
The wastewater treatment system adopts a graded treatment and recycling mechanism. In the three-stage treatment unit, the primary sedimentation tank uses inclined plate sedimentation technology to shorten the hydraulic retention time to 60% of traditional designs, increasing suspended solids removal to 85%. The secondary biological treatment unit is filled with elastic media with a specific surface area of 800m²/m³, accelerating microbial film formation by 2.3 times compared to traditional soft media. The membrane bioreactor unit stabilizes the effluent chemical oxygen demand below 50mg/L and achieves an ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of over 92%. The treated water is used for external toilet flushing, saving 0.3 cubic meters of water per unit per day and achieving efficient water resource recycling.
Waste resource utilization covers the entire production and usage cycle. Color-coated steel scrap is crushed into 5-10 millimeter metal particles, which can enhance concrete compressive strength by 8% when used as an additive. Waste polyurethane insulation material is crushed at low temperatures to a particle size of 0.5-2 millimeters and can be incorporated at up to 15% into lightweight building materials. For every 100 units produced, 1.2 tons of metal waste and 0.8 tons of polymer waste can be recovered, which, after reprocessing, can meet the partial raw material needs of 30 new units, forming a closed-loop economic model.
Energy efficiency improvement technologies focus on temperature regulation and energy utilization. The integrated design of photovoltaic panels with the color-coated steel roof achieves a solar conversion efficiency of 19.5%, reducing indoor temperatures by 4-6 degrees Celsius in summer. The walls incorporate paraffin-based phase change energy storage materials, which store 185 kilojoules of latent heat per kilogram within the 22-26 degree Celsius range, effectively buffering temperature fluctuations and reducing air conditioning energy consumption.
