Guizhou Mobile Toilet Odor Removal
The odor removal measures for mobile toilets in Guizhou mainly include three methods: foam sealing, intelligent ventilation and odor removal, and biodegradation technology.

Foam-sealed mobile toilets achieve efficient odor removal through physical isolation. The core principle is to use foam generated by the mixing of foaming liquid to replace traditional flushing. Special foam channels are installed on the side walls of the toilet fixtures. Compressed air enters the foam activator through the conveying pipe, causing the foam emitted from the foam box to cover the inner side of the toilet bowl through the channels, forming a dense foam layer. This process not only isolates the contact between excrement and air, blocking the spread of odors from the source, but also reduces the adhesion of dirt through the lubricating effect of the foam. This system only needs to collect hand-washing water to meet the water demand for foam generation, saving more than 80% of water resources compared to traditional water-flushing toilets, while achieving zero odor emissions. The stability of the foam can be maintained for several hours, ensuring effective odor blocking even after long-term use.
Intelligent ventilation and odor removal devices employ automated environmental control technology. High-precision sensors are used to continuously monitor the concentrations of odor gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the toilet, as well as data on temperature, humidity, and usage frequency. The intelligent management system automatically adjusts the ventilation intensity based on the monitoring results. When the odor concentration exceeds the standard, a high-efficiency exhaust device is activated to quickly replace the air. Some devices are also equipped with photocatalyst or activated carbon filtration modules for secondary purification of residual odors. This dynamic adjustment mechanism not only keeps the air fresh but also avoids energy waste, making it particularly suitable for public places with high foot traffic.
Biodegradation technology achieves harmless treatment through microbial metabolism. Mobile toilets are equipped with special bacterial culture boxes. Excrement falls into the box and immediately mixes with the bacteria. These microorganisms rapidly reproduce under suitable conditions (such as a temperature of 35-40°C), decomposing organic matter into water and carbon dioxide within 24-48 hours. Since the metabolic products of microorganisms have no irritating odors and the residue volume is less than 10% of that of traditional toilets, the source of odors is fundamentally removed. This technology is particularly suitable for ecologically sensitive areas, and the decomposition products can be directly used for greening and fertilization, forming a closed loop of resource recycling.
Each of the three technologies has its own focus: foam sealing emphasizes physical isolation and water conservation, intelligent ventilation focuses on dynamic environmental control, and biodegradation achieves source-level harmless treatment. In practical applications, they are often used in combination, such as foam toilets equipped with intelligent ventilation systems or biodegradation toilets with additional activated carbon filtration devices, to build a multi-level odor removal system.
