Illegal Construction Situation: There is an act of building a container house on the east side platform of the 5th floor of Building 15 (Xufu Building) in the Shuxiang Fudi Community, Dongwangji Town, Guanyun County. This container house, along with a steel-frame iron-sheet house and a brick-concrete structure house, has a total construction area of approximately 170.56 square meters and has not gone through the relevant construction project planning procedures, thus constituting illegal construction. The Guanyun County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau issued a notice on July 3, 2025, requiring the construction unit or individual, and interested parties to claim, assert their rights, make statements and defenses, or carry out self-demolition within 30 days from the date of the notice (i.e., before August 4, 2025). If no one claims it and the construction unit or individual cannot be determined after the notice period expires, and if the planning department determines that it is a situation where the impact cannot be eliminated through corrective measures such as planning permits, the bureau will make a decision on limited-time demolition, requiring demolition within thirty days from the date of the notice (before October 15, 2025). Failure to carry out self-demolition within the time limit will result in legal enforcement of demolition.
Use as Roadblock Situation: A container mobile house was once set up as a roadblock on the Xuwei side of the Shanhou New Sluice Traffic Bridge at the junction of Xuwei in Lianyungang City and Weifeng Town in Guanyun County, blocking road traffic. However, on the morning of August 17, the Xuwei New Area Construction Bureau organized cranes to lift and remove it, restoring normal traffic on the bridge.
