Guangzhou Container House Fire Station
There are micro fire stations in the form of container houses in Guangzhou, but some are pending scrapping.

Specific Situation of Container House Fire Stations in Guangzhou
There are micro fire stations in the form of container houses in Guangzhou, such as those in Enning Community and Tianyou Community. The container-type micro fire station in Enning Community is located at No. 3 Enning South Heng. However, at present, due to asset aging, this fire station has been left idle and is pending scrapping. In recent years, public areas and residential buildings in Enning Community have gradually been equipped with fire-fighting facilities such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, which can basically meet daily fire safety needs. Based on this, Duobao Subdistrict has applied for the scrapping of this fire station in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures, with the publicity period set from May 6, 2026, to May 11, 2026.
The container-type micro fire station in Tianyou Community is located on the west side of the entrance of the residential area at No. 36 - 42 Huangsha Avenue South Station Xinjie. It also faces the problems of asset aging and rusting and is in a state of pending scrapping. Duobao Subdistrict has applied for scrapping in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the Guangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau regarding the scrapping of fixed assets, with the publicity period from October 27, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Analysis of Reasons for Pending Scrapping
Judging from the situations of the container-type micro fire stations in the above two communities, the main reasons for their pending scrapping are asset aging and rusting. Over time, the container houses and the internal fire-fighting equipment will suffer varying degrees of damage and performance degradation, which not only affects the normal operation of the fire stations but may also pose certain safety hazards. Moreover, with the continuous improvement of community fire-fighting facilities, other fire-fighting equipment can meet daily needs, and these aging container-type micro fire stations have gradually lost the necessity for continued use. Therefore, it is a reasonable measure to apply for scrapping in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
