A total of 20 plans have been received from 7 enterprises, covering steel structures, PC structures, steel structure + PC hybrid structures, etc. These architectural design plans feature a rich variety of styles, including European, Chinese, modern, and new Chinese styles, among other characteristic residential design styles of the new era. They fully consider the production and living habits of local villagers, with three grades designed: livable, standard, and comfortable. Moreover, local villagers' opinions are fully solicited during the selection process of the construction planning plans. Currently, the main construction of 5 model houses has been completed, each with unique characteristics.
