Guangxi Container House Dimensions

Admin September 10, 2026

Guangxi container house dimensions come in many specs. Common categories include manufacturer standard production sizes, K-module extended combination sizes, and common shipping-container cabinet sizes.

By manufacturer standard production sizes, the main options are: a 3×3 m residential container house—3 m long, 3 m wide, about 9 square meters—relatively compact, suited to single occupancy or a temporary office; a 3×6 m container villa house—6 m long, 3 m wide, around 18 square meters—more spacious, able to house several people or serve as a small studio; a 3×7 m residential container—7 m long, 3 m wide—offering a relatively larger living area; plus custom container houses in sizes such as 3×8 m, 4×8 m, and 5×8 m, built to client needs for different use cases.

By K-module extended combination sizes, length is extended and combined by K count. Width options include 2K (3.79 m), 3K (5.61 m), 4K (7.43 m), and 5K (9.25 m). For height, pitched-roof standard specs are single-story 3P (2.69 m) and two-story 6P (5.37 m); flat-roof standard specs are single-story 3P + 290 (2.98 m) and two-story 6.5P + 290 (6.12 m); other sizes can be customized. Length and width both use K as the module (1K = 1.82 m), and height uses P as the module (1P = 0.895 m); stories are typically 1–2. These specs combine flexibly so length, width, and height can be adjusted to the site and intended function.

For common shipping-container cabinet sizes, a 20-ft unit’s interior is 5.69 m long, 2.13 m wide, and 2.18 m high, with volume in the 24–26 cubic meter range; a 40-ft unit’s interior is 11.8 m long, 2.13 m wide, and 2.18 m high, with a volume of 54 cubic meters; a 40-ft high-cube interior is 11.8 m long, 2.13 m wide, and 2.72 m high, with a volume of 68 cubic meters; a 45-ft high-cube interior is 13.58 m long, 2.34 m wide, and 2.71 m high, with a volume of 86 cubic meters, and so on. These common cabinet sizes are widely used in logistics transport and temporary building.
