Mobile Toilets in Guangdong Scenic Areas
Mobile toilets in Guangdong scenic areas mainly include 'tide toilets' and various types of products provided by enterprises.
'Tide Toilets': Some scenic areas in Guangdong have previously installed 'tide toilets', a flexible type of mobile toilet. Taking the West Lake Scenic Area in Huizhou, Guangdong as an example, its 'tide toilets' feature manually operated 'swiveling signs' at the entrance, which can be toggled left and right to switch between gender displays. The on-site iron gates serve as physical partitions for transforming the toilet areas during peak periods, enabling temporary conversion between male and female toilet areas. This design aims to dynamically adjust the usage area of male and female toilets based on the flow of people at different times, improving toilet usage efficiency. However, these 'tide toilets' also have some issues. Due to the ease of swiveling the signs and the low threshold for making changes, confusion between male and female toilet areas can easily occur, causing inconvenience to tourists. Currently, all the swiveling signs in the involved tide toilets have been removed and are about to be replaced with fixed slot-type signs to address this problem.
Mobile Toilet Products Provided by Enterprises: There are also enterprises in Guangdong that offer a variety of mobile toilet products to meet the needs of different occasions. For example, Guangzhou Kening Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in providing mobile toilet solutions, with multiple production lines and over ten different designs of mobile toilets. Its products include eco-friendly plastic toilets, trailer toilets, mobile toilets, mobile shower rooms, etc., which can be used in various settings such as construction sites, outdoor events, parks, and scenic spots. In addition, some manufacturers in Guangzhou also offer wholesale sales of various types of mobile toilets, such as simple mobile toilets, color-steel toilets, and high-end outdoor scenic area eco-friendly restrooms, with prices ranging from tens of yuan to thousands of yuan, providing a diverse range of options for scenic areas and other venues. These mobile toilet products generally feature eco-friendliness, convenience, and easy installation, enabling them to meet the toilet needs of scenic areas under different circumstances.
