Mobile Toilets in Guang'an Park Scenic Areas
Here is an overview of the mobile toilet situation in some park scenic areas in Guang'an:

Urban Parks in Guang'an District, Guang'an City: Jiangsu Zhongxiangyun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid for the procurement and installation project of mobile toilets in urban parks in this region. It provides customized mobile toilet products for multiple urban comprehensive parks, riverside parks, and mountain parks in Guang'an District. These products have taken into full consideration the geographical characteristics of the eastern Sichuan region of Guang'an, which is mountainous and experiences hot and rainy summers, and have been optimized accordingly. For example, the toilet bodies are made of weather-resistant and anti-corrosion sheet materials to adapt to the rainy environment. They are equipped with water-saving sanitary ware to meet environmental protection requirements. There are two options for waste collection: fecal waste tank collection or small-scale integrated sewage treatment, allowing flexible responses to different scenarios. Additionally, they feature a combination of silent exhaust fans and biological deodorization systems to effectively improve the indoor air quality of the toilets. During the project implementation phase, the company established a special project team for Guang'an. After the products are manufactured, they are uniformly delivered to Guang'an and enter the site in batches for hoisting, water and electricity connection, and system debugging. After acceptance, training is provided to park management personnel to ensure they can operate and maintain the mobile toilets proficiently. Meanwhile, a 24/7 after-sales response channel has been established, and regular on-site inspections and maintenance are carried out, providing strong guarantees for the normal use of the mobile toilets.
Xiexing Tianxinghu Park: Currently, there are mobile public toilets, but there are some issues. Two of the restrooms are locked, while the other two are operational. However, the mobile public toilets use plastic bags to collect waste, similar to pit toilets, resulting in a strong odor when the temperature is high. There are dedicated personnel responsible for cleaning in the morning and evening, with at least two collections per day. Due to the low foot traffic, some of the mobile public toilets are occasionally closed. The park originally had a public toilet built, but it has not been put into use because rainwater and sewage pipes were not planned, it has not passed acceptance, and there is only one septic tank that is not connected to the nearby pipe network. Previously, there were also temporarily built simple mobile restrooms with poor sanitary conditions. A public toilet was originally planned to be built, but due to the unfinished construction of some facilities such as water, electricity, and pipe networks in the park, it could not be put into use as scheduled. Currently, the Guang'an District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau is carrying out preliminary preparations for the resumption of construction of the unfinished projects in the park.
