Glass Mobile Toilet Installation Instructions
Admin September 27, 2026
The installation of glass mobile toilets requires step-by-step standardized operations. The specific instructions are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
Site Survey
- Ground Requirements: Cement floors must meet the C20 strength standard, asphalt floors must have a compaction degree exceeding 95%, and soil foundations must be compacted in layers (each layer ≤ 30 cm, compaction coefficient ≥ 0.94). If the ground has a slope, it should be leveled by adjusting the foot screws or laying 5-10 mm thick rubber pads.
- Space Planning: The space occupied by the toilet body should be 0.5-1 m larger than the product size, and a 0.8-1.2 m wide cleaning and maintenance passage should be reserved. For flush-type designs, a septic tank should be set up or a pipe interface reserved within 5 m.
- Environmental Assessment: Avoid the upwind side of activity areas (recommended distance ≥ 10 m), ensure the water pressure at the water source interface is ≥ 0.3 MPa, and provide a stable 220V/10A power supply. For outdoor scenarios, consider a summer shading area ≥ 50% and a ground drainage slope ≥ 2%.
Material Verification
- Check whether the toilet body is intact and whether accessories (such as door locks, flush valves, sewage pipes, etc.) are complete. If any are damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement.
Foundation Treatment
- Clear ground debris according to the toilet type (single or connected) and lay a gravel or concrete foundation to ensure a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 200 kg/㎡ for a single toilet.
II. On-site Installation Steps
Toilet Body Positioning
- Use a forklift or crane to lift the toilet body smoothly to the designated position, keeping it level. Unified command is required when multiple people cooperate.
Drainage Connection
- Connect the sewage pipe to the drainage system or a temporary collection pit. Seal the interface with sealing tape or cement, and it is recommended to install an anti-backflow valve.
Flush System Debugging
- After connecting the water source, test the flush function and check whether the drainage pipe is unobstructed to avoid water accumulation.
Internal and External Inspection
- Internally, check whether facilities (such as washbasins and hooks) are secure. Externally, confirm the tightness of the toilet body to ensure there is no water leakage or air leakage.
III. Special Component Installation (Glass Door)
- Pulley Installation
- Tool Preparation: Screwdrivers, cross screwdrivers, plumb bobs, 2 mm hex wrenches, tweezers, and pencils.
- Removal of Old Pulleys: Remove the toilet door, unscrew the pulley frame screws counterclockwise, and take out the pulley bearings and old pulleys.
- Installation of New Pulleys: Insert the bearing into the center hole vertically, insert the card, and tighten it. Adjust the bearing or guide screws to ensure that the outer frame of the pulley is perpendicular to the slide rail.
- Position Adjustment: Mark the vertical position with a plumb bob. After installing the glass door, check whether the pulleys are parallel to the ground and adjust the height until they are completely parallel.
IV. Use and Maintenance
- Daily Cleaning: Clean and replenish toilet paper and hand sanitizer daily, and disinfect regularly.
- Regular Maintenance: Check the electrical circuits, valves, and flush system monthly, and report and repair faults promptly.
- Safety Tips: Set up clear signs, keep away from flammable and explosive materials, and ensure electrical safety.
