Garage Mobile Restroom Solution

Admin October 12, 2026

The garage mobile restroom solution is designed to address the toilet challenges in urban parking spaces, particularly suitable for areas like underground garages where sufficient sanitary facilities are not pre-reserved. Its core design must overcome the unique technical constraints of underground garages.

Odor Control: Underground garages have poor ventilation, leading to easy accumulation of odors. The mobile restroom employs an independent circulation filtration system consisting of an air inlet, an activated carbon filter layer, an exhaust fan, and an air outlet. The exhaust fan forcibly draws in air, while the activated carbon filter layer adsorbs odor molecules, ensuring a filtration efficiency of over 90% even after four hours of continuous use, effectively improving the toilet environment.

Sewage Disposal: The elevation of underground garages is lower than that of municipal sewage networks, making traditional gravity sewage disposal unfeasible. The mobile restroom adopts a dual-mode approach of 'vacuum suction + temporary storage': the vacuum suction system uses negative pressure to draw sewage into a sealed storage tank (with a capacity of approximately 300 liters, sufficient for about 150 flushes); when the storage tank is nearly full, sensors automatically send signals to the backend management terminal, and professional sewage trucks are dispatched for removal, preventing sewage overflow.

Space Adaptation: The mobile restroom unit occupies about 1.2 square meters and has a height of no more than 2.2 meters, lower than the common 2.5-meter height limit in underground garages, allowing it to pass through lane gates smoothly. The preferred placement locations are usually corners near the garage entrance or elevator lobby, avoiding occupation of standard parking spaces or obstruction of driving lines, while also meeting fire safety regulations.

Environmental Adaptability: In response to the characteristics of low temperatures in winter and high humidity in summer in underground garages, the mobile restroom is equipped with insulation layers and heating devices. The insulation layer reduces heat loss, while the heating device prevents damage to electronic components and water supply pipes due to condensation or freezing at low temperatures, ensuring stable operation of the equipment in extreme environments.

Additionally, the operational logic of the rental plan for garage mobile restrooms differs from that of ground-level mobile toilets. It requires precise calculation of placement locations to meet fire safety regulations, and the rental service may include customization options, such as style, color, and specifications that can be customized according to drawings, to adapt to the decoration styles and management needs of different garages.
