Mobile Public Toilet Rental Services: Ganzhou provides rental services for mobile toilets, mobile restrooms, mobile washrooms, and mobile public toilets. This service is highly flexible and adaptable, capable of meeting temporary toilet needs in various scenarios. For example, during large-scale events such as marathons, concerts, and music festivals, mobile public toilets can be quickly deployed to the event site, providing convenient toilet facilities for participants. Additionally, at temporary work sites like construction sites, mobile public toilets are an important option for addressing workers' toilet needs.
Improving Quality and Efficiency in Public Toilet Construction and Management: During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Ganzhou implemented the action of 'improving people's livelihood quality and increasing toilet facilities' through joint efforts from multiple departments. The city has built and renovated over 760 public toilets of various types (including tourist toilets and transportation toilets) and added over 600 shared toilets open to the public. These measures have effectively improved the coverage and convenience of public toilets in Ganzhou. For idle public toilets, relevant departments have adopted a strategy of classified measures to promote their activation and utilization. For public toilets that meet conditions, they urge the acceleration of acceptance and handover, and prioritize the improvement of basic facilities such as water and electricity supply, striving to open them within one month. For public toilets with low utilization rates, they guide the optimization of functional layouts and adjustments to functional configurations. For public toilets that are out of service due to construction, they urge construction units to promptly restore water and electricity supply and pipeline connections upon completion to ensure quick resumption of use.
Furthermore, Ganzhou has formulated the 'Implementation Opinions on the Management and Service Standards for Public Toilets in Ganzhou City' with reference to provincial standards, clarifying cleaning frequencies, operational procedures, and compliance requirements to promote standardized and normalized public toilet management. Responsibilities are clearly divided among various industries, with coordinated efforts to ensure each district fulfills its responsibilities and implements the 'four clean, three free, two connected, and one bright' standard for public toilets, which means clean floors, walls, toilet stalls, and surroundings; no overflow, mosquitoes and flies, or odors; water and electricity supply; and bright lighting.
