Gansu Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 08, 2026

The design of mobile toilets in Gansu combines local environmental characteristics and usage requirements, featuring unique aspects in terms of materials, structure, and sewage disposal.

In terms of material selection, Gansu has a dry climate with little rainfall, large temperature differences between day and night, and low winter temperatures. Mobile toilets often use high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) materials. This material is corrosion-resistant, can withstand low temperatures, and has a service life of over 10 years. Some manufacturers also install insulation layers inside to prevent excessive cold during winter use. Additionally, some toilets use hot-dip galvanized materials, with metal carved panels for the wall panels, aluminum alloy for the toilet doors, PVC ceilings, and marble steps at the bottom. These materials are well-suited to Gansu's climatic conditions.

In terms of structural design, a modular design concept is adopted. This design allows the toilets to be quickly assembled and disassembled according to different scenarios, offering high flexibility. For example, mobile toilets used in scenic spots may be designed in an antique style to blend with the surrounding natural landscapes and cultural environments, enhancing the cultural atmosphere of the scenic area. In contrast, mobile toilets used on construction sites focus more on practicality and sturdiness to meet the needs of construction workers. The internal layout is also highly flexible, with some equipped with squatting positions and others with sit-down toilets. Accessibility facilities are also fully considered to provide convenience for different groups of people.

The sewage disposal system is a key aspect of mobile toilet design in Gansu. Many toilets use a water circulation system, where used water is treated and reused, effectively conserving water resources. Some high-end products are also equipped with automatic flushing and deodorization systems to ensure a clean and hygienic usage environment, enhancing the user experience. For areas without sewer pipes, environmentally friendly fecal tanks are typically used, which are regularly cleaned by dedicated personnel. This approach not only solves the sewage disposal problem but also avoids environmental pollution.
