Gannan Mobile Toilet Safety Inspection

Admin October 06, 2026

The safety inspection of mobile toilets in Gannan primarily focuses on two core aspects: structural strength and sealing performance, ensuring their safety and reliability through multiple professional tests.

In terms of structural strength inspection, it mainly includes load-bearing tests and impact resistance tests. The load-bearing test targets key components such as the vehicle chassis, support beams, and door and window frames, verifying their load-bearing capacity through static and dynamic load tests. The specific standard requires that no deformation or cracks should occur in any components under a maximum load of approximately 1500kg, ensuring that the mobile toilet will not suffer structural damage due to insufficient load-bearing capacity during use or transportation. The impact resistance test simulates the bumping and collision scenarios during transportation, focusing on inspecting the bolt tightness and weld integrity at key connection points. The inspection requires no significant plastic deformation, and the torque of all connecting components must recover to at least 95% of the original set value, ensuring the stability of the connection points and preventing loosening or detachment of components due to impact.

Sealing performance inspection is another key indicator, directly related to the mobile toilet's ability to prevent leakage and odor. The inspection uses a pneumatic leak detector to conduct pressure tests on doors, windows, ventilation openings, and pipeline connections, with the leak detection rate required to be controlled within a range not exceeding 0.5pa·m³/s. This standard effectively ensures that liquids such as rainwater and sewage will not leak out, while preventing the diffusion of internal odors from the toilet to the external environment. Additionally, for detachable sealing strips, an accelerated aging test is required, demanding that the sealing strips maintain elasticity and their original sealing effect after a 30-day test cycle. This test can predict the durability of the sealing strips in advance, preventing sealing failure due to aging and thereby ensuring the hygiene and safety of the mobile toilet during long-term use.

Through the dual inspections of structural strength and sealing performance, mobile toilets in Gannan can meet the basic requirements for safe use, providing users with a stable and hygienic toilet environment.
