Installation of Mobile Toilets at Gannan Intersection

Admin October 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets at the Gannan intersection should follow a simple and efficient process that aligns with local geographical and climatic conditions. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment

Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground flatness, ensuring a solid ground and proper drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to enhance the foundation's bearing capacity. This step is crucial for ensuring the long-term stable use of the mobile toilet, especially considering the characteristics of Gannan, where large temperature differences between day and night and permafrost layers may affect foundation stability. Sufficient drainage slopes should be reserved to prevent water accumulation.

2. Main Structure Installation

Choose different installation methods based on the toilet type:

  • Split-type mobile toilets: First, fix the chassis and frame, then sequentially install the wall panels and roof panels made of sandwich panels. Use bolts or clips to secure and seal the joints. Wall installation can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, with attention to waterproofing at panel joints.
  • Integrated mobile toilets: Since the factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration, on-site installation only requires lifting into place and connecting water, electricity, and sewage pipes. The installation time for such toilets can be shortened to 2-4 hours, but it is essential to ensure that the lifting equipment matches the toilet's weight to avoid structural deformation.

3. Internal Facility Connection

Install toilets, flushing systems, handwashing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. Water and electricity piping connections should adopt modular quick-connect designs to shorten installation time and reduce the risk of electric leakage. If foot-operated valve devices are involved, install the transmission mechanism according to general specifications to ensure appropriate pedaling force and normal function.

4. Functional Inspection and Debugging

After installation, conduct a comprehensive test:

  • Flush test: Check if the water pressure is stable and drainage is smooth;
  • Circuit inspection: Confirm that lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets are powered correctly;
  • Seal inspection: Focus on checking wall panel joints, doors, windows, and sewage pipe connections to prevent odor leakage.

Precautions: Before installation, refer to standards such as the "Hygiene Specifications for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance. Prioritize experienced installation teams to shorten the construction period and reduce the risk of rework.
