Fuzhou Mobile Single Toilet Rental
When renting a mobile single toilet in Fuzhou, it is essential to pay close attention to aspects such as costs, equipment configuration, contract terms, additional services, and rental services, as detailed below:
Costs: Some merchants attract customers with a 'base price', but there may be additional charges in reality. The deposit may not have clear refund conditions, and cleaning fees are charged per day, ranging from 10 to 20 yuan. If the equipment requires cross-province transportation or the installation site is far from the urban area, a transportation fee of 5 to 10 yuan per kilometer may be incurred. If the installation site is on a high floor or has special installation conditions, a high-altitude work fee may also be charged. Therefore, it is crucial to clarify all cost items and standards with the merchant before renting to avoid disputes later.
Equipment Configuration: Mobile toilets come in various configurations, such as standard, luxury, and barrier-free types, with significant price differences. Some merchants may intentionally confuse equipment types or conceal whether the equipment has flushing, lighting, and other functions. For example, equipment labeled as 'standard configuration' may not include a toilet paper holder, requiring an additional purchase. Some well-configured toilets are equipped with large-capacity water tanks, music, air fresheners, hand dryers, stainless steel handrails, stainless steel coat hooks, toilet paper holders, vanity mirrors, disposable sleeves (for seat toilets), etc. Before renting, it is necessary to understand the equipment configuration in detail to ensure it meets usage needs.
Contract Terms: Some merchants use vague wording in contracts, such as 'rental periods less than 24 hours are calculated as one day' and 'equipment damage is compensated at full price' without specifying compensation standards. It is recommended to specify key information in the contract, such as the number of equipment, rental start time, cleaning frequency, and damage compensation details, to protect your rights.
Additional Services: Some merchants bundle additional services such as air fresheners, toilet paper, and hand soap, which may be charged at a relatively high price, such as 30 yuan per bottle of air freshener and per roll of toilet paper. You can choose whether to purchase additional services based on actual needs to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Rental Services: Some merchants offer 24-hour service, quick response, flexible and convenient toilet combinations, with each toilet equipped with handwashing facilities. They can also add shower rooms and management rooms according to customer needs. The exterior design is aesthetically pleasing, and the interior design is user-friendly, with discharge methods including direct discharge, buffering, and packaging. The rental business provides comprehensive after-sales services, with a professional after-sales service team that has strong skills and timely service, offering full maintenance and cleaning services.
