Fuzhou Mobile Portable Toilet Rental

When renting mobile portable toilets in Fuzhou, it is essential to focus on cost composition, equipment configuration, contract terms, and additional services to avoid hidden charges. It is recommended to choose reputable merchants such as Dayuan Rental and Jieyun Activity House Rental.

1. Clarify Cost Composition

Some merchants may attract customers with a "base price" but may have additional charges:

• Deposit: Usually required and refunded based on the condition of the equipment upon return.
• Cleaning Fee: Ranging from 10 to 20 yuan per day, confirm whether it is included in the total price.
• Transportation Fee: Charged at 5 to 10 yuan per kilometer for cross-province or remote areas, requiring prior negotiation.
• High-Altitude Work Fee: Additional charges may apply if installation is on high floors or requires special equipment.

2. Confirm Equipment Configuration

Mobile toilets come in various types, such as standard, luxury, and barrier-free models, and should be selected based on needs:

• Functional Differences: Ensure they are equipped with flushing, lighting, toilet paper holders, ventilation systems, etc., to avoid upgrade costs due to insufficient configuration.
• Quantity Matching: Determine the number of toilets based on the scale of the event or usage scenario to avoid temporary additional rentals due to insufficient quantity.

3. Detail Contract Terms

Before signing the contract, clarify the following to avoid disputes caused by ambiguous wording:

• Rental Start Time: Based on the arrival and acceptance of the equipment, not the contract signing date.
• Cleaning Frequency: Whether daily cleaning or on-demand cleaning, it should be included in the contract.
• Damage Compensation Standards: Specify the exact amount or calculation method for "full compensation" (e.g., depreciation based on market value).
• Deposit Refund Conditions: Such as no damage to the equipment and satisfactory cleaning, with a clear refund process listed.

4. Confirm Additional Services

Items like air fresheners, toilet paper, and hand soap may be charged separately and should be inquired about in advance:

• Air Fresheners: Approximately 30 yuan per bottle, confirm the usage cycle and replacement frequency.
• Consumable Supply: Whether toilet paper and hand soap are provided by the merchant or need to be purchased separately.
